This app does everything I need it to do - and I have a bit of a different business model. I spent quite a bit of time with customer service and they were so helpful! They helped me until we got everything as I needed it. I'm very grateful!

We use the app to do our delivery and click and collect and it works great. Great service from the support team. Highly recommend.

Does what it says with options for pretty much everything I wanted to do. I needed some help configuring the app properly and Zapiet's support was responsive and super helpful, getting my setup resolved in just an afternoon. Highly recommended.

It works, but there are some things that I wish were different! But overall, it is the only thing I've found to actually help with only allowing some products to ship (perishables, bulk products, etc!) The team is pretty fast at responding, and they know what they're doing, although again this is limited because it doesn't really seem like shopify and zapiet work super well together!) :)
I've been looking for an app like this for years and I'm so happy to be adding it to my store. It literally does EVERYTHING you need. And the support staff is so awesome and gets right back to you. Jessica in particular worked with me on a tricky issue with my site that I couldn't understand. She was super nice, patient and in time, helped me fix and figure out the problem. I know it's a bit pricier than other date picker apps, but honestly, it's really worth it. A huge time and labor saver.

Betty was incredibly helpful and quick to pinpoint the issue with our Shopify and Zapiet setup. She didn’t just give a generic answer — she identified that the product was set as a digital item, which was causing the pickup widget to be hidden and orders not to appear correctly. Her explanation was clear, easy to follow, and she provided a practical fix straight away. She also guided us on how to update products in bulk, which is a huge time saver for a busy store. Zapiet is probably the best option for store pickups and deliveries. Setup is clean and the software is strong. Dealing with the support team has been a pleasure. Very resourceful and patient.
