Great support, Sri made a custom plan with a feature that was missing, although i don't know how i feel about functions of a paused plan changing.

Great app for managing shipping/delivery/pick-up, and the support team is top notch. The AI that gets you started is not bad, but once you skip to a human you get someone awesome. Recently, Jessica helped me with some issues I was having, and she went above and beyond.

Excellent app and outstanding support! We needed Zapiet to segment a city by postal codes and set up specific delivery areas and rates, and the app does it perfectly. The functionality is exactly what we were looking for.
