Jessica was absolutely brilliant! She was supportive, patient, and such a joy to work with throughout my setup—I honestly couldn’t have done it without her. We laughed our way through the tricky parts, and I truly appreciated her expertise, insights, and good humor. She stuck with me the whole time, and I’d rate her higher if I could!

Excellent App!!! I needed this app a year ago, but only just found it in the 1000's of apps out there to search through! So user friendly, and 5 star customer service when I was told incorrect information from Shopify, but Zapiet sorted the setup issue without needing to upgrade or buy another app which I was being told to do by others. Thank you Zapiet!

Customer service for setting up Zapiet was INCREDIBLE!!!! I have struggled with my old system for far too long and Zapiet made it so easy and helped walk me through set-up so my online store can be successful!

She helped me throughout the process and successfully configured the local delivery and store pickup options for me. I can understand the product's logic well, but when it involves code, it gets a bit complicated. I'm very happy with the solution Jeanette found; I couldn't have done it without her support (I really couldn't have, she did it, lol).
