This app is awesome! Using this in combination with the Rates by Distance app has finally allowed us to offer local delivery to our customers fairly. After spending hours going around in circles trying to make certain parts work, I finally reached out to support, and they were so incredibly helpful, even fixing some issues I hadn't realized were there! Having quality support makes a big difference, and their support is top-notch!

The support team has been incredible in helping resolve some issue that came up with the app and my Shopify setup. Between Betty & Pavlo, they were both so amazing at helping me figure out the conflicts I had with my store and now it works seamlessly. Thanks for the help and for making my life just a little easier. Jessica also was able to help resolve some additional changes that needed to be made and she did it so quickly and perfectly, she even stayed after her shift was over to help complete the request I had! Everyone is so helpful!

Zapiet est une application très complète, offrant de nombreuses fonctionnalités et disponible en plusieurs langues, ce qui la rend très pratique à utiliser. Nous attendons encore les modifications concernant les tests des e-mails de récupération pour finaliser certains paramétrages. Mais leur service-client se rend disponible dès que vous avez des questions !

Zapiet is great! it was the only app that allowed me to customize my pickup, delivery and item availability as I wanted. The agents are awesome they will work with you on ANYTHING for a long as it takes. Jessica was able to help me get a custom plan which helped SOOO much. Betty, another agent worked with me for 3 HOURS (probably more)!!! She helped me finalize and work through the last things to finally launch my website. Betty was soo patient... my god bless her soul! I'm on the other side of the trying to staying awake while we both double check through the modifications. We all got done and I finally get to launch! Thank you to all the agents that have helped me throughout this process especially to Jessica and Betty!
