Jayne was fantastic at supporting us when we had an issue. She took the time to explain and fix the problem and her customer service went above and beyond. We can't thank her enough. The Zapiet app works brilliantly with our Shopify store, and whenever we have had an issue (normally down to something we have done by accident) the support team is always there to help us fix it quickly.

Took a long time, but Betty was extremely helpful in sorting out our calendar widget. Which I was stumped over and experiencing issues with it, she managed to find an effective solution with our website's css code and implemented things quickly after the problem was spotted. So far our experience with Zapiet support has been great, and they work hard to solve problems that have cropped up pre and post launch of our official site.

The app works great for our needs (a lot of pickup locations), but the support is even better. Jessica went above and beyond to fix my issue and make sure everything was set up the right way, even past what I asked for help for. You can be sure you won't be left in the dark here!
