I had some issues with the store pick up setting. However, Diego was a great help and helped to solve this problem.

The app support is second to none. Thank you, Pavlo! Our shop worked with a work-around of the default shipping settings and we made the switch to Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery to soften the processes and be more transparent and clear for our customers!

We are planning to use this app soon, and their customer service has been outstanding. This is the only app we've found that offers all the functionality we need for BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store). Highly recommend!

I never do these surveys but honestly Jessica with Zapiet support was absolutely amazing and deserves all the recognition one can get. Super helpful, responded very quickly and helped me fix issues with my shopify store that weren't even related to the app! She really went above and beyond and was incredibly pleasant to chat with the whole time as well. Thank you, Jessica! Oh and the app is great too!

I never write reviews but for Jessica I will write one with each of my stores because she help me set up both. Jessica is the most thorough and autonomous customer service rep I've met. I had trouble setting up this app (and didn't want to spend too much time on it and didn't want to hire someone) and I reached out and only told Jessica what I envisioned our delivery service set up should be like and Jessica handled everything! All I had to do was give her a little bit of direction and she took everything out of my hands. I will stay on this app for Jessica and continue to use zapiet for my future stores because of Jessica. Zapiet is a great app to use to coordinate order fulfillment and offer various delivery options for your customers.

I really needed this app to work. I thought it was working for months, but recently learned it wasn't. I spent hours trying to get it to format correctly but nothing would work. Reached out to support. It took a long time for them to respond and in the end they suggested that I turn off the Shopify Delivery & Pickup options, but that still didn't work.

I’m very sad to have to write this review. We launched on the new UI Extension version of Zapiet with ShopifyPOS and our online store. It’s a beta so it had some bugs but the support team was great in working through them. We do 95% of our revenue in store and when we started our biggest retail weekend of the year, they pushed an update that rendered the POS app useless. We spent countless hours setting up delivery dates by zone, among other settings. But now the POS app tile lets our sales team & cashiers select ANY date for ANY zone. They probably think this was a good idea because it makes it more flexible. However, our sales team just wants to know the available date and not select a date that isn’t feasible to deliver. It’s sad because they built some great functionality in the backend but now it’s completely disconnected from the front end in POS. I hope they’ll reconsider, but we’re starting the process of migrating to another app or building our own.
