The customer service has really been impeccable, which is saying something these days. The app has allowed us to fulfill the little complexities of our shipping logistics and I couldn't recommend it more

Jessica helped us to solve a problem that was actually with shopify and not even the zapiet app! She also helped us to clean up our checkout page so its clearer for customers to understand. Great service!!!

Beim Installieren und Einstellen der App gab es für mich ein paar kleine Hürden. Der Support hat jedoch sofort geholfen und alles sehr kompetent erklärt und eingestellt. Endlich kann ich Versand und Local-Pickup in Abhängigkeit von Produkten anbieten. Grossartig!

Their support is the best I've experienced with an app. It's Saturday afternoon and resolved my issue, coached me on how to avoid in the future, etc. I'm glad to have found this app. It will allow us to expand our online orders for local delivery and pickup. Yay!

Zapier is much better than the other apps available. It is not only the app, but the amazing staff. High 5 to Jessica for the enormous support on helping to get the app installed and during the setup process. Jessica was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate her support.

I had tried other delivery apps in the past but I decided to commit to Zapiet because it seemed to be the most professional option. Now I'm extremely happy to have made that decision. There was a small issue with an email notification that I wasn't getting on my tests, so I contacted Zapiet support and not only did they help me fix the issue, but they also helped with other set-ups that I had done wrong and now my store looks absolutely perfect!
