This app is amazing! It does exactly what I need and more. While the tiers can be expensive, the program is pretty worth it overall. The support team in particular is amazing and very responsive. Lui did a great job resolving my issues and was super communicative!!

I used Zapiet during the pandemic for a few years, then eventually moved my business off Shopify - but one thing that always stuck with me was how great their customer service was. Fast forward to now… I recently partnered with a company that’s back on Shopify and using Zapiet again and they did not disappoint. Their AI agent is solid, but working directly with Jessica reminded me exactly why I always liked this company in the first place. Jessica was perfect! Patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She walked me through what I needed, then helped me with things I didn’t even realize I needed. She supported me with setup, configuration, and even other integrations. The level of customer support at Zapiet is next level. I don’t know how they hire or train such rockstars - but it shows. As long as I’m on this platform, Zapiet will always be a partner I choose to work with.
