Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

We have been with this app since the beginning of COVID. It definitely had its challenges with the influx of users, but a year later, it now has a chat and is much easier to access help. They even customized some things for us, which is great (like a colour button)

Outstanding support (especially from Jessica!). We have a fairly unusual setup for our bakery - we only offer pickup in-store and have a lot of complicated rules for which items are available for same-day ordering vs. pre-order, certain time frames required to order, etc. I appreciate that I can set up these complex rules in Zapiet. Plus, they have a FANTASTIC support team that consistently goes above and beyond to help solve any issues. Support is also typically FAST - any critical issues are resolved within hours if not minutes.

Stephanie did an excellent job helping to sort out some issues we were having with checkout. They were friendly and personable, and patient! Much appreciated.

MUST HAVE APP 2021. Customers can schedule a delivery, curbside pickup, or shipping in advance, eliminating the need for third party companies like Doordash. We grew our sales 10x using this and the local delivery app. The system took a little effort to get going, and the customer service really made the money worth it. The customer service was able to login to our shop and see what errors we saw, and were able to make adjustments as necessary to make sure their product worked for us. THIS WAS WHERE I KNEW THIS WAS A 5 STAR APP. No other company has been as beneficial as Zapiet, thank you!

Incredible app. It is loaded with a ton of features and if set up correctly will make you a happy business owner. Some useful features include more than one delivery radius, custom error messages, icons or radio list selections, shipment arrival dates, cutoff times, etc. Check out how well it works on our www.miflavour.com website. Hint: Don't bother trying to set up the app by yourself. I have coding experience and it was overwhelming for me to figure out all the features by myself. As soon as you download the app, reach out to their customer service for a ticket and they will assign a service rep for you to work with. He/she will help set everything up per your needs. There is no limit on how much support you need. They are quick to resolve any issues or answer any of your questions. Our rep, Stephane, has been fantastic to work with. A+

App works really well and provides more functionality than Shopifys native local collection and local delivery. Excellent support team - a pleasure to work with.

Great app. Any functionality you think you need, this app has got. We had to test different apps to find one that works, and this one is a clear winner.

This app allows for lots of different pickup/delivery options which is wonderful, but the best part about it is the support team. They are always available, and I always get to talk to a real person who can a) walk me through what needs to be done b)do it for me, if needed, and c) tell me the ins and outs of the app - like how to get things set up. SO helpful!

I am still astounded by the fact that shopify doesn't support such useful functionality themselves, but use this app to allow customers to pick a date for pickup/local delivery/shipping, and then see orders to fulfill by date in their dashboard. It seems like they have thought of everything in terms of a smooth workflow predicting what a user needs , and even when i opened up an enhancement request, they actually implemented it! Most importantly, their support is absolutely amazing. I always get fast and friendly responses (even when it appears they are offline), and quick resolutions- I wish shopify's own support was as good as this. Keep doing what you are doing!
