Love this application, it has been running our business for the last 4 months. Any technical problems are resolved very quickly, our last support ticket was sent in and we received a response and resolution within 15 minutes. Thank you Stephane!

The after sales support from the staff at Zapiet was first class. They were so quick and helpful, and fixed my issues in no time at all. This app has transformed our online presence, and allowed us to introduce home delivery to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Cheers team!

I reached out for help regarding some confusions I was having setting up my local delivery and pickup rates. Aaron League helped me to solve my issues. He provided in depth explanations as to why I was having issues and how to fix them and was prompt in his responses. I had been attempting to resolve these issues on my own for over a week and within 24 hours he had fixed the for me including coding in my own theme, shipping rates, and fixing issues on my products. I am sure he went above and beyond his job to help me with my store and I am truly thankful. Thank you so much, I couldn't recommend this app more.

The team has made a lot of improvements over the last year and it’s become a lot more reliable and stable since. Support is also very quick and responsive!

Great for when you offer an array of things like delivery, shipping, and in-store pick-up, like our store does. Their app handles it all.

Zapiet’s Store Pickup + Delivery app has allowed us to offer a much wider array of products and services to our customers. Having the app running on our website when the pandemic hit saved our business. With only a couple quick configuration changes, we were able to seamlessly transition to curbside pickup & expanded local delivery - successfully moving the bulk of our business from our retail storefront to the website, overnight. Zapiet’s tutorials & help center are great for setup and troubleshooting, but in addition to these comprehensive resources is an excellent support team. They are quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and happy to help. I’ve had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Sebastian on their support team on multiple occasions. He stands as an example of the best in customer service out there. He has not failed in solving each of my issues quickly and completely, even going above and beyond to assist with customizations for our particular business’ needs. While I think the app is an essential expansion of Shopify’s offerings for any business, my support experience alone would have me recommending the app. This is a development team keenly focused on their users’ satisfaction and success.

Excellent app! Transformed how we do business! This app has allowed us to give our customers the option for delivery or store pickup with great user experience. We can control the delivery and pickup slots and it's great to be able to view all orders for each slot in the admin. It does require being quite tech savvy to get set up but customer service have been brilliant with any questions or problems I've had with set up. Thank you! Keep up the great work.

Was using this app to restriction certain products from being shipped but I had trouble setting a few things up. Customer service is very helpful and they actually care about your online shop. Set up is easy after you get used to it, highly recommend.

Brilliant app. Does exactly what it says. Customer support has been excellent. I had added another app which caused some minor problems at checkout and Charlie et al found the problem, told me what I had to do and even checked to make sure all code was gone from the previous app. Brilliant.

Without question, the best curbside, store pickup app in the App Store. We've tried most of them, this is based on experience. The dev/design team at Zapiet thought of every situation and the installation and configuration are simple and provide extensive control over your pickup, local delivery and shipping needs. We have complicated shipping rules and this app works without any conflict with other 3rd party apps. Support is nothing short of expeditious, personalized and thoughtful, they want you to be successful.

I lost HUNDREDS of dollars in sales. Slow response time. Used this for months and constantly had issues. This week, many of my customers just couldn't check out because the app was randomly deciding when certain products could be shipped or not. Now I have remnants of the app left behind and have errors on my site after deleting the app... So disappointed. Update: We have continued using Zapiet with virtually zero problems since this review. I really appreciate the fast response times and the help I've received since.

This app save me 1 manpower cost. Useful and support is fast! hoping the pricing will be more attractive so I can upgrade!
