Amazing app and amazing customer service! Sandy was able to help us installing and fixing a couple of things for us! She even helped us to match the app to our theme colors! I'm just starting using it but I'm loving it! Recommend 100%

been using this app for a long time to manage in-store pickups, and it's helped streamline our workflow significantly. the zapiet team is also super responsive and always helpful in resolving issues we might be struggling with.

I am using this app integrated with their Delivery Rates by Zip Code app and they did everything we needed for our site! I was worried we had too many rules and logistics for our ordering process and methods, but this app handled it all! I also needed help with a few areas and their support is great! They emailed detailed descriptions for the solutions and replied quickly to my emails every time I reached out. Definitely recommend!!

The app is essential for us. The team are very helpful. Sometimes there have been a couple of tricky settings to sort out and they always respond. I think they've coped really well with what I imagine is a huge surge in demand for their service recently. Thanks very much Zapiet! Olivia and Jonny

I operate a delivery only bakery. This application is essential for my operation. The delivery only option, date and time range selectors, and a few other features have enabled my bakery to go from the phone tag game to rapid online ordering. In addition, I recently encountered an issue with the application. The team was very responsive, found it was and issue on their end, and immediately had the issue resolved. I can't expect a better turnaround on customer service.

Ran into some trouble with internal notifications getting bogged down. Some emails were coming through 30 minutes late, some not at all. Pavlo helped me identify the issue being related to DKIM settings and helped me figure out the solution was in my DNS settings with my hosting service. Excellent customer service from Pavlo!

Have been using the app for the last two weeks, and despite a bumpy start - hats off to the team at Zapiet for their hugely responsive customer service. Instant, patient and genuinely helpful replies as we wrap our heads around how to get set up. So far this app does everthing we need.

Update: After writing this I promptly received help from Andy who quickly resolved the problem and even took a look at other things to improve my use of this app. I am very satisfied with the resolution. I still would love if the app worked better with shopify shipping rates but I understand there is nothing they can do about this— and it’s still the best app for pickup and delivery. Absolutely horrible. Unless you disable Shopify shipping rates (which many use because they provide heavy discounts) then the App doesn't function right. Customer service also won't personally look into your site to see what's going on and help fix anything.

The Team at Zapiet have jumped on board and helped me out with issues on our website again & again. they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when they are assisting you with your issues. The app itself is extremely good, easy to use. I do recommend the app.

App has plenty of integrations and settings to make your store run like you are a big enterprise. Since COVID, and an increase in many online stores' traffic, this app has had some issues which have been frustrating, but was just assured from top-level that they are working around the clock to make everything better. I believe it, and hope that things do get better soon. Happy to 5 star this when it's clear issues will be rare to non-existent.

The app has all the necessary functions it should have for store pickup & delivery service. However, the app has quite a bit of glitch depending on a customer's browser & the customer service team is very slow to fix the issue.

AMAZING SUPPORT! Sandy has consistently assisted me during these hard times of COVID-19. Even when my questions are simple and easy she takes the time to get back to me in a timely manner. This app has greatly helped us and our customers choose the right option for delivery and shipping.

Nous avons ajouté cette application à notre eshop pour pouvoir paramétrer au mieux nos livraisons & click&collect, la mise en route a été un peu laborieuse (ce qui explique la note, si j'vais pu j'aurais mis 4,5 ;) ) mais à chaque fois que nous avons eu un problème ou une question nous avons rapidement reçu aide ou réponse, et une fois que tout est fonctionnel l'app est juste top !

For the first time I reached out to Zapiet support team because we are in the process of rolling out more stores as "store pickup" and we needed some clarifications so we can plan better our future rollouts and Jayne Forde had assisted us by answering all our questions in a timely manner- thank you for this great great support, really appreciated! I understand that due to the current climate, support staff is overwhelmed. We have had nothing but issues since we installed the app and very little service to help fix the issues. We recently designed a new theme for our store and the integration with Zapiet was unsuccessful. These apps must offer phone support to resolve issues! An email exchange is far from helpful.

If I could give this app Zero I would. The app broker our store - check out button started to fail. We reached out to the Zapiet support which took a few days to respond to ask for collaborator access. They received the access within 10 minutes and after that we never heard from them again, we followed up with them for 5 days until we decided to delete the app and request a refund. I do not recommend this app or Zapiet service.
