The app is super helpful for my website and the whole team is great and very responsive excellent customer service. Had some issues with my new theme and he jumped right in and took care of them so everything works smoothly.

A very good app. It made setting up a click & collect service very easy indeed. We've been using the Store Pickup functionality since we launched our new website in 2018. We are now in the process of adding a Local Delivery service, also using the app. Have used Zapiet support on a number of occasions – they have always responded quickly and been very helpful. Update: March 2022 - used Zapiet support yesterday and they were awesome! Had a super quick response via LiveChat. They quickly identified the issue, and put things right straight away. They also flagged up another issue which I was then able to put right. Excellent support (thank you Sandy!) and an excellent app.

We tried this app and it wasn't for us (it's just way too expensive for what it is). After deleting it, it has left its code ALL over our Shopify account...the integration is not actually deleted. (References to this app appear on orders, on check-out pages, and in all sorts of other areas of our account.) We're having to now work with Shopify directly. Definitely not thrilled by how sloppy this integration is (and how impossible it is to remove it).

Seconds after uninstalling the app you should have received an email from us which contained step by step instructions on how to remove our widget from your shopping cart page, as well as information on how to get in touch with our customer support team via live chat, email or phone. Removing our widget required the deletion of a single line of code from your theme. We purposely designed the app this way to ensure the removal process was as seamless as possible. We use this app to run our very successful business. It’s a great platform to work from. We have had a handful of issues regarding updates but these are always worked on quickly you the support team!

Terrible customer service and support. I use this app for my flower shop for local pickup and delivery. Everything worked great for awhile, but lately we've been starting to have some issues. We have had two orders where there was no delivery date. We reported this problem last week and haven't heard back. I sent a follow-up today, and couldn't talk to an actual person, just a bot that basically told me to wait another day.

I didn't find this super easy to install and needed some extra help to get it all working smoothly but customer service was amazing and they have gone above and beyond to get things working smoothly whilst also suggesting other changes to make things work better.

We have a brick and mortar store and an ecommerce site and we needed an app that allowed us to calculate shipping costs for local delivery and allow customers to pickup orders in store. This app does both perfectly and has all customizable options you could want. Andrew went above and beyond to make a few small changes to the way my cart was displaying and he answered a question for me minutes after I sent it.

I had a review saying don't trust their 14 day free trial, but it turns out it was a miscommunication and they fully refunded my money. I have used it for a few weeks and I can say this: Pros: It's actually pretty robust, which great options. I've chatted with most of the employees on email and they are a very friendly and responsive bunch. Improvement: It's not for me at this stage but that's ONLY because I need separate collections to have separate rules. Some things to be picked up only, some things to be delivered only etc. That won't be an issue for the vast majority of people. Aside from that tiny hindrance, it's a great app and I wish the team the best.

I operate a local bakery that will not be shipping products. We are becoming the first bakery in our market to do an extensive delivery program. This app has easily allowed me to modify the Shopify platform to meet me specific needs. The features of the app allows me to choose what products are in-store pick-up only versus in-store and delivery, determine various ways to restrict delivery, while allowing the customer to pick dates and time slots for pick-up or delivery. This is a game changer app for our industry.

I was getting SUPER frustrated when our check out button wouldn't work the day we were going to launch our Valentines day product for local delivery. Thankfully, Andrew came in to save the day! Not only did he fix our issue, but also edited the widget so it would match our brand better. So thankful for amazing customer service that goes the extra mile! Thank you Andrew!

It really help my online store noticed this season. App support team responded quickly on my queries. Although I need to reinstall due to the seasonality of my store. Looking forward to use this again next season.

The app itself works pretty decently, but what I'm really giving 5 stars for is the swift, empathetic, and awesome team behind this app! They we're great with helping us out when our shop was having trouble with the programs. They're staff responded quickly to our inquiry, and was patient with us and our lack of knowledge. They fixed the issue without needing hardly any of our (precious) time and courteously notified us when the issue was resolved. The app itself has been used a handful of times by locals, especially those requesting they're items are giftwraped, which is awesome. We love this app during the holiday season!
