Difficult to navigate and glitchy. I'm stuck on the Dashboard after I complete all the steps

I removed this app from my website & cancelled the subscription & they are STILL taking payments!!... it's a nightmare.

Don't make the same mistake I made going with this app over the countless others that are sooooo much better then this and less expensive. I made the costly mistake of trusting this app for my store and had countless option sets which took a long time to set up. 1st off, they lack the functionality to edit your order in the cart which literally every OTHER options app offers and they charge you extra if you want to allow customers to upload their files which is a basic functionality for other options apps. The biggest issue I have with this app is the lack of support and transparency. There was recent an update with shopify that made this app not function properly, but they decided to not tell their users. This ended up costing me $1000's of dollars in sales since customers couldn't even add to their cart, the only reason i knew was because i started to get customer complaints. When i reached out to them, they ended up saying that it was due to shopify making an update and that they weren't able to do anything about it. I reached out to shopify, and they did confirm that they performed an update to their api's which is common but that all apps are made aware of any type of updates weeks or months in advance so they can properly update their apps to not have any issues. The fact that infinite options has as many downloads as they have you would expect them to at least tell you that they will not be able to function the way they were, but no they decided to omit that information and just wait until users noticed. Their support team is literally a joke, if you're reading this go check out all the other options like hulk, globo, avis, and various others that are less expensive but offer wayyyy better functionality, the difference is not even close. I wish i would have never installed this app and saved myself the countless hours of having to migrate to a different app, let alone the thousands of dollars that this app ended costing me by not working as it should've. I hope that my post helps at least 1 person not make the same mistake that i made and chooses to offer their product options with an actual reliable app.

Completely stopped transferring option data to our sales orders so we have to find a new app. Customer service has been unable to help us even though we have shown what is happening. They simply stopped responding to us. We even deleted the set and reinstalled it but to no avail.

Very difficult to use. Not really any good examples. Actually looking for more complex setups like user able to upload images. Will remove this from store. Sorry

Doesn't work out of the box. Prices don't update when an option is selected. If you want to use an option with a price, you have to connect to an item and you can only use that item's price (no custom price / discount for it being an add-on). Even then, the price doesn't actually change - on the listing, the cart, or anywhere else once you've done so. You also can't hide the "option" item by unpublishing it or it won't work correctly. So you end up cluttering your cart with items that aren't relevant to customers and priced incorrectly as stand-alone items. It is laggy - front end and back end. Support is only available sometimes. Anything beyond the most basic functionality you must code through their API or pay someone else to code. I'm not sure what we're paying for.

Only issues with this personalization app. It isn't compatible with LITERALLY anything and support "cannot do something about it"... What am I paying for then? Go with another app if you have the choice you will regret installing this one

Absolutely garbage. Everyday there is something wrong. One day the price’s dont change, one day the text in the box aren’t centered, and today all the options disappeared. It’s affecting our business. Moving on to a different app.

bad customer service. they dont even check before deploying css on the website. the option is going out of the screen. What a bad service and bad app. Ridiculous and frustrating.

Found out it does not sync with inventory. From the Infinite Options FAQ page: "At this time, Infinite Options is not able to track inventory. Our preferred workaround is to use Shopify variants to track inventory and then use Infinite Options for the additional fields that don't need to be tracked in inventory."

Unfortunately this app just doesn't meet our needs. While the options sync well within the platform and the price does adjust on the product page, when added to cart, it creates multiple products within the cart which is much too confusing for the customer. If you're just looking for an app that can create bundles, this will work well for you. If you have a complex product with many different variants, this app sadly falls short.

Infinite options utterly destroyed the UK Games Expo for us. The UK, US and Australian currencies worked fine. Anything selected using Infinite Options in Euro currency instantly became worth thousands of Euros for a ten dollar item. Spent hours going through the issue with Shopify support, only to be told by Shopify that it is a bug in Infinite Options. Contacted Infinite Options support days ago, but no reply.

I disabled this app a year ago. It is uninstalled from my website. 2 days ago, the old options just magically appeared on my product pages and I cannot remove them. It is causing an incredibly poor customer experience, and creating an order fulfillment NIGHTMARE!!!!
Hello team, Infinite Options does not automatically install on your theme or leave any lingering code. Once the app is uninstalled, the options will no longer display. I used the app to try buy 3 item for x price but when you connect dropdown options to product ,at the checkout it charges your 3 item from dropdown list + actual 3 product's price.It means choose 3 item for£50 then at the checkout £50 plus your 3 items shows individually to customer total £100.Spoke to customer service they couldnt fix issue.They said dont connect products to dropdown text so if products not connect to text how I will track my stock?Whats the point of this app if you cant connect actual products to your option text?

The support staff was rude and unhelpful to my staff. Very disappointing and also impossible for us to use the app the way it is intended due to the lack of support.

Used this app for way too long unfortunately and overpaid for its VERY basic features that don't even work properly often times. There's no live chat support and the limited support you get via email is very uncooperative. If something is not working, they'll just say that's the way it is and that nothing can be done about it. I have emailed them several times about simple requests (that other apps have done for me today in one day) but they just don't care enough to give adequate answers or resolve any problems. What made me decide that I'm done with this app is their representative Jordin who rudely asked me to disable their app even though there are other workarounds to the presented problem and a much better way to relay this message. But it was evident that he just couldn't care less so he game me a lazy and rude response. Deleted and I wish I had never paid a penny for this mediocre app.

Bad Customer Service... I have emailed three times npw across what is almost a 24 hour period and no one has come back to me, they clearly do not want me to use their app
