Infinite Product Options

Great app even for the basic Shopify themes. I had trouble getting the options to load fast enough for my clients to not skip them, and customer service was quick to respond with a great solution that worked right away. Easy to use platform and it's free, so run to it!

I just had a great online chat with Logan. I was having problems installing the app for the second time on a new theme in Shopify. I had followed the directions correctly, but Logan was able to pin-point where I needed to change the tag language on my product collect in order for the app to work on my product page. I never would have figured this out myself! He also sent me some CSS code to help better fit the app elements on my product page, something he just did to be nice. It looks so much better and works great! You guys have a great customer service. Thanks again Logan! Kelly

The team at ShopPad is amazing! Always fast to answer on e-mail, help with set up and available via phone to walk you through anything you might have questions with. Infinite Options is fairly easy to install yourself, but I did have some questions and the team was so helpful and didn't make me feel dumb for asking. Highly recommend the app if you need to personalize products on your store and couldn't have nicer things about the staff!

I have yet to review an app for Shopify, but I just had to for Infinite Options. You'll be completely amazed at how this application is free. It is a simple app and does exactly what you need. However, the customer support is one of the best out of all my apps. They have chat support to answer any of your questions and they helped me fix the coding problems I couldn't solve. They are responsive and they do whatever it takes to optimize it for you. It's amazing all of this is free!

Very easy to install compared to another app I previously tried. Pretty Explanatory and their directions are spot on.Took only 5 minutes to setup and get going.

Love this app. Very helpful! The only thing i would suggest for improvement is allowing extra charges (different costs) for different selections. Otherwise very easy to use and wonderful.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. The app works great and will surely increase our sales of customizable products. The service is spectacular. They respond quickly and go above and beyond to help out. I can't recommend this enough. If you're searching for product option apps, this is THE one to use for the quality of the work and the support.

Infinite options is a great app that helps a lot with listing products which hit the maximum for shopify. It was mostly very easy to use and understand except to integrate the theme. However, I just hit the chat button on the bottom and the rep Anh was so helpful with everything. Im very happy with this app and the customer support team! Thank you so much!
