Infinite Product Options

I've been using infinite options for a while and I really like it. I recently purchased a shopify theme and my infinite options did not match my purchased theme, it looked very bad. I contacted infinite options and paid the $20 for a professional to help me with my code. A few days later I got emailed back, gave them access to my store and they quickly resolved my issue. 5 Star rating, will definitely use them again. I would give this app 5 stars if not using it to adjust pricing. The problem with this app is that the option is hard coded to the product as soon as the item is added to the cart, but then if a customer removes the add-on item from the cart it still shows that the option is on the product level. We ended up having to call customers to determine if they wanted the upgraded option, and explain to them that they didn't pay for it. The add on also creates really goofy _io_order_group information if using the add-on item option which makes emails to customers, cart pages, and packing slips look goofy. Customers removing the add on from the cart and expecting to receive it happens way more than we ever thought. We had to switch to a paid app which hides the cost so customers can't do this. Overall I would recommend this app if not wanting to use it to change prices. For free you can't go wrong! Support staff was great whenever we called, but again the app just comes up short if trying to charge additional for certain options.

I was looking for an app that could add more options and choices and Infinite options seems to do the job well! I use Shopify variants for options that affect the price and Infinite options for the ones that don't. Since I wanted the design to be the same as my themes, I've ordered a custom install service from The Shop Pad. They have installed and styled the app very quickly and I am happy with the end result!

This is a great app and does exactly what is needed for the shop to run efficiently. The service I received from ShopPad was the best. Logan was amazing, super responsive, helpful, and did everything quickly and accurately. Beyond impressed - the app is amazing and will allow us to do so much more with our products. E X A C T L Y the app I've been looking for! Able to add lots of combos, packs and bundles and options to each product and endless dropdowns! I had my developer add this app for me, but after looking closer, I def could have added it and pasted the line of code myself. Great work on this app! Five Stars! Absolutely recommend it! Idea for your next upgrade? Adding images too. ;)

Easy to use! Our average conversion rate was 0.9% and the first day after applying the options to our listing our conversion rate went up to 3.5% - so far today!! We bought the installation option and it was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

I have to say without this app we would not be able to use shopify as the options are so limited. Really this apps creators have given you unlimited ability as far as options go. The tagging system makes it very easy to use once you figure it all out. I couldn't have asked for a more intuitive program.
