The chat tech support helped me troubleshoot inserting the code in just a few minutes (all while my internet was cutting out). Very patient and smart support team - thanks for your help. So glad I found this app to add non-priced variants!

A little tricky to set up, but I used the White Glove service, and they set it up for me. Excellent customer service, and it works perfectly.

Excellent app that does what it says! Perfect for site where you need more options than Shopify allows. Friendly and responsive email support too when I had an issue with the code. Thanks Infinite Options!

This is a great app! For the most part it is pretty easy to install and set up. I just wish it was a little bit easier to customize the look to match my other options. Either way, it is a must have for stores that offer customization!

WOW!!! I've been using Infinite Options for quite some time now and never needed technical support because it was all so easy and they regularly add new and easy to use features. This time, though, I need a small change that required CSS and I'm not comfortable with that. So, I hired ShopPad to do it for me at an incredibly modest price. It was all finished and perfect within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend any of their products.

Perfect answer to our solution. Most importantly the staff were excellent. We paid for the White Glove service and it was the "best value for your money" items purchased. Recommend this company for any of their apps.

Excellent App! Simple and does the job! I spend days testing other paid apps and almost wasted much needed funds by purchasing a monthly subscription app with too many features I didn't need. All I needed was the ability to add simple variants. Much appreciated to this team for providing this free app!

We are installing the Infinite Options app, which in itself is the solution we've been looking for to better manage options in our Shopify store. The lack of a master inventory for all variants nearly sent us to another platform. More importantly, The ShopPad team is awesome... responsive, helpful and quick - all of which are unusual for app support. We opted for the inexpensive "white glove" install, then wanted to change the layout of our product page. We couldn't figure it out, so called. Yes, called. They responded, we described the changes we needed, and within 2 hours it was done. Suffice it to say we are now ShopPad fans, and will explore the other apps they've created for Shopify.

Wow, I struggled with Shopify's default option set-up for a week and couldn't get it to work for the custom-made dream catchers we want to list. There were more feather colors than Shopify allowed. When I contacted Shopify Support, one of their awesome folks recommended that I try this app. The app installed with a single push of the button, and I had all my feather colors and central adornments up on our dream catcher page in less than five minutes! It couldn't have been easier. Thanks so much, Shop Pad, for making this great app, and making it free for us small businesses! Love the app and awesome customer service. Had an issue with the extra options indenting, but I emailed support and the got back to me quickly and after giving them access to my store, they fixed the issue. No complaints!
