This app was exactly what I needed to be able to list up to 20 print sizes with over 30 colour options. If I hadn't found this I would not have been able to continue with Shopify. Installation was simple, the menu is self explanatory. What a relief I found this great app! http://ontrendandfab.com Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to have lots of variables and/or variants. I had one small glitch with choices showing in the cart twice - one email to support and they fixed it the same day. Customer service just doesn't get any better than this. I just upgraded to the logic and pricing bundles options and had some difficulty in fguring out some css for styling the frontend. When I asked for some advice on the css required to achieve the look I was aiming for I hoped for some code snippet tips but was completely surprised when Emily did all the coding for me within a few minutes. Truly the greatest customer service I have experienced with any app. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend infinite options to anyone - if you have complex product variations you probably can't be without it

The customer service team is amazing! They are so easy to deal with. Easy to understand directions. I would highly recommend this App for Shopify! Love this app! Had a question since I am not totally tech savvy. I called for help and they answered instantly. The developer was so nice and helped make my issue easy and quick to remedy. Definitely recommend this app for anyone who needs customized product pages.

Customer service is amazing for this app!! My shop has many custom products, so this app is a necessity. When I first setup my website, they tweaked a few things for me. And when I reached out for support again, they got back to me right away with help. I love this app & the ease of use. THANKS!

I've been very pleased with this app so far. It's allowed me to create custom engraved products for my customers with easy to modify parameters. The only thing I haven't been able to get an answer for yet, is whether or not I can get the information my customers enter to show up on the fulfillment center notifications so that I don't have to collect all of the information before sending it onto our printer. Other than this gripe, I'm quite satisfied.

This app is exactly what I needed. The customer service is great. I was able to create drop down menus without needing to have any technical skills. If you need custom option for your products I highly recommend this app!

This App works perfectly for me as I need to get Names & Dates from my customers to personalise their orders. The text boxes appear clearly on the product pages. The information comes in clearly to me with the order. With the help of the support team it was easy to set up. The App itself is very easy to use & manage. Very happy : ) Sinead

We wanted to add some specific options for our customers (specifically, a delivery date, time & card message) and I was intimidated by coding. Thus, I sought help with Infinite Options and they executed my requests right away. I was pleased with how easy it was and appreciate some of the teachable moments this app provides. Thanks Alan for all your care and attentiveness. Our website is now more appropriate to our business.

I found this app a little tricky to set up, but after contacting their white glove support, they handled everything for me! A totally amazing service, fast and efficient. Since they are based on the West Coast USA, and I'm in the UK, I submitted my request in the evening, and the work had been done by the following morning. Would not hesitate to recommend them and their app.

Very handy tool to add a wide variety of options to whatever products you like. The layout didn't quite work for us to begin with, but these guys offer a free service to set it up correctly on your site. Free! On a free app! What a nice bunch of people. :)

Exactly what I was looking for to add easy customization to our product options for our customers. Alan at ShopPad was extremely courteous and willing to setup our requested needs for several product pages. His response was timely and changes were promptly made. I highly recommend this app if your needs exceed the Shopify Variant limitations. Great company, valuable app, top notch customer service.
