The options and operating rules aren't clear, so it's a matter of trial and error. Often, the options don't appear in the frontend. In this case, the structure must be deleted and redone. I asked for a fix for a product that offers different sizes and different yarns for each size, and even after the third request, the problem persists. Maybe we don't understand each other? Frustrating.

At first glance it's perfect, but in execution this app has two serious flaws. First, there's no built-in way to bulk export the order data gathered with Infinite Options. So unless you're painstakingly filling orders one at a time, fulfillment requires a second app. Second, at any time, the customer can remove a paid add-on from their cart, but the parent product will still display as ordered with the add-on. When it is that easy for customers to order products they haven't paid for, then I can't take this as a functioning app for selling things. There are "workarounds" for this second issue listed in support articles, but they do not work.

Customer experience good. However, I am unable to successfully export orders with delineated (columns in excel or .csv) custom fields from option sets. Need for our fulfillment supplier. Please assist. I can be reached at [email protected] and 647-299-2827. For example Jersey Size (heading).

The app is working as described. Unfortunately there is no support for multilingual sites with the official translation app of Shopify "Translate & Adapt".

This app helped me to create a customizable order form but it wasnt without its hardships. Its not as straightforward as I thought it would be and the final output doesnt really look good (at least for longer forms) unless you know what you are doing with CSS. In my case, it has caused me to hire them and pay an extra fee to get it right...And the 24/7 support is a farce! They simply accept emails 24/7 and get back to you whenever...who doesnt?!? Chat just sends them an email, it doesnt even connect you to someone...ugh...At this moment I am sitting here with an urgent issue and have no idea when I will hear from them...IF you arent an expert in programming/CSS/etc., expect headaches and longer than expected wait times for getting help.

I'm not very computer techy and lack the patience to learn how to use the app properly. You have to be able to do coding. I was scared I would screw up my website beyond repair. It is way too complicated for me.

Hope you will add loading file option. When i was opening a personalization box for customer. I cant add a note box on there. Hope the app will be good

I loaded this app to help my client to tell me wich allergies they got with a text box. I am satisfied with this option but it will be relly nice to be able to display it on my collection page where they can click on ''add to cart''

Love the ease of this app, but at least one or two times per week, we are getting orders coming through where the values selected (or the default values) are not coming through on the order. This has been happening now for 4-6 weeks. Support button in the app is not working either. If that bug is fixed, it would be 5 stars.

The app was working fine but now I cannot access it. I click on it and nothing happens. Hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible.

The app is solid and provides a lot of useful functions, but it has some limitations that we cannot work around for our business. The biggest example is the necessity to create a new product for every option that adds a cost. We have many artisinal items that are extremely customisable and exporting the data involves exporting a lot of unecessary SKUs that we will alter need to delete when all we need to do is increase the base value of the product variant. Also the conditional logic does not interact very well with the basic variants set up by Shopify. Finally, swatch sizes are small and there are very few options for managing how information is displayed. An accordion option would go an awfully long way to improve the user experience. These criticisms are purely from our perspective and we udnerstand the demands of our product range are severe. Overall it is a good application, but not the right fit for us.

I would give this app 5 stars if not using it to adjust pricing. The problem with this app is that the option is hard coded to the product as soon as the item is added to the cart, but then if a customer removes the add-on item from the cart it still shows that the option is on the product level. We ended up having to call customers to determine if they wanted the upgraded option, and explain to them that they didn't pay for it. The add on also creates really goofy _io_order_group information if using the add-on item option which makes emails to customers, cart pages, and packing slips look goofy. Customers removing the add on from the cart and expecting to receive it happens way more than we ever thought. We had to switch to a paid app which hides the cost so customers can't do this. Overall I would recommend this app if not wanting to use it to change prices. For free you can't go wrong! Support staff was great whenever we called, but again the app just comes up short if trying to charge additional for certain options.

Yes we would use it again, and recommend it to friends. There are only a few things that would be really useful, if you guys yourself could make the fields txt be changed by the, bold, size, italic and underline and a different colour for the text.I got told that there's no way to explicitly change code on our end or your end. However you an add some CSS styling to your CSS files. But all this was rather confusing, and we wish that you could get make the changes for us. Also with the Date Picker when a feature becomes available to limit available dates for selection, eg. dates in the pasted. Could you please add this to our app. Also had a few complaints that the three new fields were not showing up quickly enough from an ipad. Got to told you can try adding this code snippet to your store to make your options load up faster: http://docs.theshoppad.com/article/109-load-infinite-options-faster But not to sure if this got added or not? I've been very pleased with this app so far. It's allowed me to create custom engraved products for my customers with easy to modify parameters. The only thing I haven't been able to get an answer for yet, is whether or not I can get the information my customers enter to show up on the fulfillment center notifications so that I don't have to collect all of the information before sending it onto our printer. Other than this gripe, I'm quite satisfied.
