This app helps me customize my products for each of my customer's individual needs and when I needed help re-installing their customer service team was a great help and fixed my issue quickly.

Infinite options utterly destroyed the UK Games Expo for us. The UK, US and Australian currencies worked fine. Anything selected using Infinite Options in Euro currency instantly became worth thousands of Euros for a ten dollar item. Spent hours going through the issue with Shopify support, only to be told by Shopify that it is a bug in Infinite Options. Contacted Infinite Options support days ago, but no reply.

I disabled this app a year ago. It is uninstalled from my website. 2 days ago, the old options just magically appeared on my product pages and I cannot remove them. It is causing an incredibly poor customer experience, and creating an order fulfillment NIGHTMARE!!!!
Hello team, Infinite Options does not automatically install on your theme or leave any lingering code. Once the app is uninstalled, the options will no longer display. We installed Infinite Options earlier this week and have since reached out to them about 4-5 times as we've needed support. Each time we were easily able to chat with someone and receive quick answers to our questions. The team has been super responsive and has offered to add in css coding to style the app to the look and feel of our website to make it 100% useful to us. So far we've added in text, drop down, date, and swatch capabilities and we could not be happier with the service provided. I used the app to try buy 3 item for x price but when you connect dropdown options to product ,at the checkout it charges your 3 item from dropdown list + actual 3 product's price.It means choose 3 item for£50 then at the checkout £50 plus your 3 items shows individually to customer total £100.Spoke to customer service they couldnt fix issue.They said dont connect products to dropdown text so if products not connect to text how I will track my stock?Whats the point of this app if you cant connect actual products to your option text?

I really am happy with this app. I chose this app after trying a competitors app with a poor experience. This app does everything - and the more I used it, the more features I found and utilized in my store. This app has an excellent price point, A+ customer support and response and seamlessly adds all sorts of options to my products and cart. The one thing that was lacking was the ability to upload photos which I need for some products. This was easily solved because they have an app called Uploadery for that. I added the second app for a very reasonable price and now have everything I need to customize my store. The two apps combined are at a lower cost that the competitors single app that had big flaws for Shopify 2.0 themes. Customer support is great. I would not hesitate to recommend that you try this app before others.
