We've used a couple of option programs, and Infinite Options is our favorite hands down. The app allows you to complete any options you can imagine through the use of conditional logic, and can be styled to fit your theme. The price point is great - especially when compared to the other options which are significantly overpriced. The app is easy to implement, and if you do run into any problems the support team has been phenomenal. We have never had to wait more than a few hours to get a response, and they keep updated as your support ticket progresses. They even went as far as to implement code to resolve our issue - at no cost. I would definitely recommend Infinite Options to any Shopify user who is looking for product options, and upsells on products. It's cost effective, easy to use, priced well, and the support team is great.

The infinite options product from this team is a wonderful add-on to our shopify store. Allowing us to have many more options with products than out of box, with conditional formatting has been a big help in ensuring we offer our clients products with options they desire. The team has been tremendous help with some small configurations after the purchase, and they really make things easy for us to administrate. All around great team, great add-on and well worth it.

i tried a few apps that do this. Infinite Options works the best for my needs! The Mesa integration was the biggest selling point for me. Customer service is fast and helpful

Fantastic app which allows me to have a ridiculous number of variation options for my customers. Everything I do is bespoke and made to order and this app makes life simple for my customers. It took a while to get everything set up and functioning as I need it to, but the support staff have been excellent at helping change the look and layout of options and are always quick to reply. Would highly recommend this for anyone with a business offering custom items!

The app is exactly what we needed and is easy to configure and set up. We had a couple of questions and the support was great. They offered to help set things up for us and solved another small issue we had.

I could not recommend this app more highly. It is intuitive and the option sets are fantastic. More importantly, however, I am not the most technologically savvy person, so to have someone help me to the degree that Emily and her team did, without judgement, complete understanding and, promptness, has made the experience that much more enjoyable. The app has achieved everything I need at this stage!

This one is a review that I am very happy to leave. The app is AMAZING. Shopify has ridiculous limitations in place that prevent you from having too many variations. In my case I wanted to add flavor packs where customers could pick a certain number of flavors they wanted to try. I couldn't do it all with Shopify and so this app made it possible with very minimal work or changes to my theme code. The possibilities are endless now!

hello, we are having the app running on our store as a trial and looks clean so far. had a quick question. is there any option to choose the font when doing a customizing of the fabric. so for example, you enter the name, select the color that you want and choose if you want italic or normal font.

So far pretty good, the customer service is great, they have fast replies, get the requests done really fast and have helped me a lot already. I do wish the infinite options did have more specific features but so far everything else works great. Thank you Team for helping me out

The support staff was rude and unhelpful to my staff. Very disappointing and also impossible for us to use the app the way it is intended due to the lack of support.

This app makes it possible for us to customize our store exactly how we want it. The team has been extremely responsive to all our requests. One quick email and they respond right away with a solution. Definitely recommend!

Used this app for way too long unfortunately and overpaid for its VERY basic features that don't even work properly often times. There's no live chat support and the limited support you get via email is very uncooperative. If something is not working, they'll just say that's the way it is and that nothing can be done about it. I have emailed them several times about simple requests (that other apps have done for me today in one day) but they just don't care enough to give adequate answers or resolve any problems. What made me decide that I'm done with this app is their representative Jordin who rudely asked me to disable their app even though there are other workarounds to the presented problem and a much better way to relay this message. But it was evident that he just couldn't care less so he game me a lazy and rude response. Deleted and I wish I had never paid a penny for this mediocre app.

The app is working as described. Unfortunately there is no support for multilingual sites with the official translation app of Shopify "Translate & Adapt".

We have a unique way of using Shopify and options are a must for us. I hadn't looked into Shopify sooner (we've been online for over 20 years) because I felt they could not make a form for our customers to use during the ordering process. Once I found Infinite Options, we moved our entire system over to Shopify and it has worked beautifully. We do custom, so options are very important. Great support! Emily was so helpful and communicative. She was able to add in some custom coding and offer workarounds for some of the issues I was having for my particular situation. Using this app has completely eliminated the need for a separate gift tag on my site that was causing confusion for customers wanting to send items as a gift. It even allows me to add a rush fee for customers needing same-day custom gifting, which has been a life-saver! I highly recommend using this app!
