Installed this app as our previous upselling app was very expensive, and this app seamed to suit our needs more. The team behind this app were very friendly and offered incredible support in getting the look of the product form exactly how we wanted it. I also had a very specific need in WHEN the form appeared (regarding customer tags etc). They were super helpful and I'd recommend this app to anyone!

It takes a little getting used to when you want to set up some of the options but it works great and their customer support is fast and efficient.

Although I am missing the possibility to directly price an option - I am super happy with this app. And damn how good is there support? I was requesting some custom CSS adaptions and baam.. within one hour everything was perfectly setup directly in my shop!

I've been using this app for quite a while and absolutely love it, but when I upgraded to a 2.0 theme, I couldn't figure out how to get it to work again. I reached out to the Infinite Options customer support and I am absolutely blown away. Super fast, super friendly, and beyond helpful. They got it working again for me in no time.

This is a must-have app for anyone selling bespoke products or anything that requires a lot of options and custom variants. App is very easy to use, and they have an outstanding support team to help resolve any issues very quickly. I am very impressed. Highly recommended.

Glecy (have to shout out personally to him) is absolutely outstanding and has gone above and beyond numerous times to help me. I have a huge amount of apps powering my Shopify store and none, absolutely none, have offered the incredible level of knowledge and prompt support that Infinite Options has. Glecy, you are the man and I am very appreciative of your help. Even when he's just noticed something on my site (that I haven't even ask for help with) he will offer to tweak it while he's providing assistance, that's going out of your way for customers. The app works and it is very useful. I am impressed with the app, but I am more impressed with the support. They solved several problems quickly and cheerfully. It's better than wasting money on a page builder.

I own a pet ID tag business, so I use this app to allow customers to enter their dog's engraving information. It was such an easy to use app and whenever I have any problems, their support team always responds and resolves the matter very quickly. Highly recommend!

Brilliant app that allows you to add literally infinite number of options to your listings. However; one point it falls down on for me and where it loses a star rating is that it doesn't allow you to set varying prices or SKUs for all of the different options in an option set. If this feature could be added, it would be absolutely perfect.

Amazing app. We have used this for at least 18 months to customise our store and it works well everytime. Recently we changed our theme and needed to update the style of the options (as they did not match). We contacted ShopPad for help and received a reply quickly. They were happy to help. I am very grateful for the support they provide and would really recommend this app. The features are great and the amazing customer support is a bonus.
