We've all reached a bottleneck in our businesses and can't go to the next stage until it's solved. My problem was more like a bottle cap until I found infinite options. Allowing me to have as many variations as I needed I could bundle all my products together and massively increase my average order value. This wouldn't have been possible without infinite options and I highly recommend using them. I did run into one issue and their support team was incredibly helpful. As a side note, it wasn't even a problem with infinite options it was with another app but they were still helpful in suggesting a resolution

This is a very easy app to use and believe me I've tried a few. This on works great and the support is fantastic. Highly recommend if you need product options.

We are a jewelry store and use it for custom engraving. When we have had an issue recently we have asked for help and their team was on it quickly to resolve and provide us with feedback. I would chose this app again.

Very difficult to use. Not really any good examples. Actually looking for more complex setups like user able to upload images. Will remove this from store. Sorry

Great app, great customer support. We've used Infinite Options for multiple products that have complex options and add-ons. I can be a bit of a dinosaur with technology, and the support team is hyper helpful with all my (infinite) questions. A+

Just beginning with Infinite Options and am super happy. The app looks great, is easy to follow and adds functionality beyond what we can imagine for product options. Had some basic CSS questions and their support (Daniel) had me fixed up in seconds via chat. They have lots of good instructions for figuring most stuff out yourself as well.

Overalls works okay. It would be easier if it would be possible to apply option sets to Shopify Collections, instead of manually entering every handle or adding new tags to products. Additionally, sometimes it pulls through multiple charges or no charges - it rarely pulls in just one charge (the appropriate amount).

Doesn't work out of the box. Prices don't update when an option is selected. If you want to use an option with a price, you have to connect to an item and you can only use that item's price (no custom price / discount for it being an add-on). Even then, the price doesn't actually change - on the listing, the cart, or anywhere else once you've done so. You also can't hide the "option" item by unpublishing it or it won't work correctly. So you end up cluttering your cart with items that aren't relevant to customers and priced incorrectly as stand-alone items. It is laggy - front end and back end. Support is only available sometimes. Anything beyond the most basic functionality you must code through their API or pay someone else to code. I'm not sure what we're paying for.

The team is very professional and helpful, and they reply very quickly. Great customer service. The Infinite Options app itself is a game-changer. It's really helped out my store, as I need to include a lot of customization that is not natively supported by Shopify. It's really easy and intuitive to use and I would absolutely recommend this app!
