App works great and is easy to use. Requires a bit of styling but didn't have any issues as their fantastic support team helped me every step of the way. Thanks again team!

Very easy to install and setup. I did have some trouble with placement since I'm not using Shopify 2.0, but the customer service was really fast about helping me with that. I like this app a lot better than Bold Options, which I was using before. Bold Options was a pain to uninstall because it left snippets of code all throughout my website. And it was buggy. And more expensive. Highly recommend Infinite Options.

With a small business based around customising, personalising and printing items to order I have lots and lots of product options for my customers! I chose Infinite Options to help me create an interface on my new website and I have been really happy. I got most of the way there myself with the help provided by the ShopPad website on adjusting the look and feel of my options on the product pages, and was then super happy to pay the very affordable sum for them to zhuzh it all up so that my design swatches and drop downs and text boxes are all laid out really nicely. Loving this app so far. Would love it even more if it incorporated the ability to set different price points for different options selected e.g. a large cushion size costs more than small etc. as right now I need to combine Infinite Options with native Shopify for products that need this.

This app is incredible! I would give it 10 stars if I could. We offer a very wide variety of customizations in our gear, more than Shopify's variants can account for. Infinite Options allows us to offer our customers exactly what they want. The team at Infinite Options were very helpful in implementation as well as trouble shooting after we switched to a new Shopify theme. One other incredible perk is that Infinite Options can integrate with their app Mesa to give us a Google Sheets export of the orders with the color options the customer chose in order to speed up our production planning.

This app has been a game-changer for us. It is like they looked in my mind (yikes), saw what I needed for our website, and made it work! We have hundreds of products that use the app and it has been great from the start! I have to share...after some updates and who knows what we hit a blip. Shopify was great, as usual, but sent us on to Infinite Options for a definitive answer. After digging, scratching our heads, and digging deeper, I thought I figured it out and contacted Infinite Options. Annette helped me and jumped in and fixed what it was! The music to my ears was that I was right, I was giddy with having our site fixed AND being officially told I was RIGHT. She was great and definitely earned my Tech Support Hero Award. I could tell their company cares about helping us have successful businesses! Thanks again, IO!

UPDATE 4/8/2025: They have updated this app and it works great. I totally forgot to update this sooner! I am so sorry. They are fantastic. The app is a great idea however in real world it doe not function well. It constantly disconnects and stops adding products to the customers carts even though the products are clearly checked. We have had multiple talks with them and the issue keeps persisting. They will fix it and then it doesnt work again. We dont know whos fault it is or why this keeps happening but we are losing thousands a month because of this issue to include customer service complaints where the customer thought an item was supposed to arrive, If this issue gets fixed we will consider updating this review

This application is really AMAZING. I swear! This application has solved my problems and it has improved my online store! The advisors are very helpful and responsive! Joan answered my questions qualitatively and quickly! He provided me with the help I needed. I am loving my experience with Infinite Options no cap! Die App ist prima und funktioniert problemlos. Der Einrichtungsservice hat alles zügig eingerichtet. Zum Anlegen der einzelnen Optionen muss man sich ein wenig konzentrieren, aber wenn man die Logik einmal begriffen hat, kann man das ganze Spektrum der App problemlos nutzen.

The app is great! It allows us to offer customization on our products that would otherwise be very difficult. There probably is no good way around this with any app, but I wish the payload weren't quite as heavy. However, it does a great job and offers a great chance for people to customize their products.

Wir nutzen es für unseren Onlineshop und es funktioniert sehr gut und die Möglichkeiten sind enorm. Man muss sich ein wenig reinlesen und fuchsen, aber wenn man versteht wie das funktioniert, dann hält einem nichts mehr auf. Auch bei Problem einfach den Service anschreiben über die Homepage und die Hilfe kommt megaschnell. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Danke

We used this app to apply a personal message option on greetings cards, add a gift wrapping service and an upsell. It took a little getting used to, but found it very useful once we got the hang of it. The ShopPad people were super helpful when we got stuck too, so very pleased with the result.
