For someone that knows nothing about computer programs, it did exactly what it was supposed to do. If I could give 10 stars, I would for all the great support they have provided. The support team is top-notch and extremely helpful. It allows for the amount of variants I needed that shopify limited. It also allowed for a text box needed for personalization. I highly recommend this program.

This app has been fantastic in creating custom options for texts and "upgrade" options to products, that I would not have been able to do otherwise. Customers support has been topnotch and very knowledgable.

I've worked with multiple members of the team now for some customization options we needed for our theme and they were all very quick to respond and flawlessly completed the updates we needed! This app is an AMAZING addition to our store, as we have a couple of fully customizable options with a variety of options. Being able to create custom swatches was also an amazing bonus for our products!

I chose the App at first for being very user friendly. I found many other similar Apps kinda weren’t. Then when had some issues we couldn’t understand I contacted the support via mail and low and behold they instantly answered all my questions. They were very fast and helpful and even optimized the loading time of the extra options. I am very grateful and satisfied with the support as now I can move on to finalize all the products. Thanks again and definitely check the app out. To me it’s so far the single best option to add multiple options to one product.

This was a game-changer. I sell product starter kits that are fragrances with strong personal preference. Instead of predetermined kits, they can select from a drop list of scents for each of the 4 selections. Support is also very helpful. Check kits on my product pages for application

Unbelievable! And that shouldn't be the term used when giving a one word 'sum-up' to customer service, as to be fair, all customer service should be excellent - but sadly, in most cases it's not. The Shoppad team's customer service has blown me away. I had two problems to solve on my Shopify site that I really needed to sort out in a hurry and not only did the Infinite Options app solve both, (one was adding a gift bag option, the other was allowing customers to make a note on the product they'd chosen to give preferences in note form - the notes then appear on the packing slip and invoice to ensure the preferences aren't missed during processing), but with lightning speed customer service that helped me solve the issues on the same day - (one smaller issue relating to one of the above) in seconds. I can not praise the app or the service enough. I'm looking forward to 'delving into' the app to see what else it can do. Thank you Shoppad Team! - Special mentions to Sara and Annette that left me waiting such little time!

This app is just amazing, and the Customer Support phenomenal. Even though we don't use the app in our system because of the way it is set up, we had a chance to try it out and it was just amazing. Our support agent (Abby) was very prompt and did exactly what we needed. If we had the older way of setup on our website, we would definitely continue using this app. It deserves to be worth double the amount when you compare to the very feature lacking apps on the app store and the ridiculous prices they are given.

Solved my problems! Since Shopify limits the amount of options/style combinations, I was able to use this app to open up sizing, style, and custom options for my clients. The "Add On" bundle feature helps with up-sells and matching items as well. Every time I've needed a little help from the team they have been super responsive - answering and even helping me with the coding in less than 24 hours. Well worth the subscription cost!

Incredibly easy to use and the customer service is next level. Anytime I've emailed in with questions I've heard back within the hour or even within minutes in some cases. I highly recommend this app and also, I paid the small fee in order to get their programmers to do the installation steps, definitely worth it and much cheaper than hiring an outside programmer to do it.

Really simple Options App. Works great. Although straight out of the box, the app's formatting looked a little rough on our theme. So I reached out to their support and they got back to me almost immediately. They kindly applied some fresh CSS code to the app to match the styling of Infitie Options to our theme. Talk about great support!!! Blew me away. I only wish (and I really wish this hard) that this app could eventually include a "Pricing" mode. Then it would be perfect!

Endless possibilities! Image sizes editable, Text fields, buttons! I actually deleted all variants from the products, so we can add them back with ease using this app. Its a must have! Saves edit times, and incredible fast support from the team. Keep it up!
