I kind of feel like this app is hampered by some limitations that are placed on it by Shopify, and as a result, it was not for me, but the team was helpful. Using the option that automatically added a second item to the cart made my orders and shipstation invoices messy, which increased packing errors and confused customers (customers can add a kind of product option that adds a second item to the cart, but they can remove the second item from the cart and the primary product still shows the product option). Hard to explain, but you'll recognize it when you see it. They made some changes to my cart to clean up what customers were seeing, but I advise you not to have anyone modify any of your themes without backing up first. I had so many apps modifying my themes, that I ultimately just started over with a new theme. Is this app to blame? Partly. But mostly it's Shopify's own limitations.

I tried a couple of other apps before I came to Infinite Options and had so many problems with them, as well as getting support. The Infinite Options work great with no problems, and their customer service is amazing!! Any questions I had, someone would reply straight away. The app itself is built in a very logical way, so that it's easy to duplicate options, variants, etc. Love it!

This app is perfect for us because we sell items by the fractional inch. Shopify caps us out at 100 variants but Infinite Options is just that. Also, their support staff is very very helpful and work towards your success. Great app.

We were looking for a solution to allow our customers to add customization to their apparel purchases. After having issues with another app that would not work properly, we tried Infinite Options and it worked perfectly for what we needed. The setup was easy, the help and support was fast! The only improvement that I would like to see is the method at which the app charges price upgrades for options. In order to add a price upgrade, you must create an item with the upgrade title (cost, title) and then link that newly created product to the item that you want to add it to. If they had a function to simply add an additional cost instead of having to create a new item I would have rated the app at 5 Stars. Don't avoid the app due to the monthly fee. We have made the low fee back in one add-on sale. It's worth the money if you need to add options to your products.

I sell customized items in my store. I used this app to help my customers personalize their orders. They can use eye-catching swatches to make their selection. I think it enhances the shopping process and makes it much easier for them to visualize what they're going to get. One of the best apps on Shopify! I have used other options apps and found them to be overly complicated and slow. Infinite options are non of the previously mentioned. Once you understand how to apply your options, it is straightforward to use, and you have everything you need in a concise format. The customer service is excellent as well. They usually get back to me within the hour and go into great detail to help resolve any issues. 5 Stars highly recommended

This is a great app which helped my extend the bounds of my themes limitations. Not only that, but the support I got from the team was promt and incredibly helpful and friendly. They were able to edit the code of my theme to suit my needs. Would definitely reccomend and use again in the future.

I had an issue with how infinite options was displaying when I switched my theme to "Fashionopolis." I wrote to customer support on a Sunday and head back from their team in an hour. They sent a easy-to-understand step-by-step process to solve my issue and it worked perfectly.
