I had an issue with installing the code into my theme, so i clicked the chat button and one of the advisors went into my store with my permission and done it all for me and even added for the store to run quicker. this was so helpful and i couldn't recommend enough

I used the app to try buy 3 item for x price but when you connect dropdown options to product ,at the checkout it charges your 3 item from dropdown list + actual 3 product's price.It means choose 3 item for£50 then at the checkout £50 plus your 3 items shows individually to customer total £100.Spoke to customer service they couldnt fix issue.They said dont connect products to dropdown text so if products not connect to text how I will track my stock?Whats the point of this app if you cant connect actual products to your option text?

I really am happy with this app. I chose this app after trying a competitors app with a poor experience. This app does everything - and the more I used it, the more features I found and utilized in my store. This app has an excellent price point, A+ customer support and response and seamlessly adds all sorts of options to my products and cart. The one thing that was lacking was the ability to upload photos which I need for some products. This was easily solved because they have an app called Uploadery for that. I added the second app for a very reasonable price and now have everything I need to customize my store. The two apps combined are at a lower cost that the competitors single app that had big flaws for Shopify 2.0 themes. Customer support is great. I would not hesitate to recommend that you try this app before others.

We've used a couple of option programs, and Infinite Options is our favorite hands down. The app allows you to complete any options you can imagine through the use of conditional logic, and can be styled to fit your theme. The price point is great - especially when compared to the other options which are significantly overpriced. The app is easy to implement, and if you do run into any problems the support team has been phenomenal. We have never had to wait more than a few hours to get a response, and they keep updated as your support ticket progresses. They even went as far as to implement code to resolve our issue - at no cost. I would definitely recommend Infinite Options to any Shopify user who is looking for product options, and upsells on products. It's cost effective, easy to use, priced well, and the support team is great.

The infinite options product from this team is a wonderful add-on to our shopify store. Allowing us to have many more options with products than out of box, with conditional formatting has been a big help in ensuring we offer our clients products with options they desire. The team has been tremendous help with some small configurations after the purchase, and they really make things easy for us to administrate. All around great team, great add-on and well worth it.

Fantastic app which allows me to have a ridiculous number of variation options for my customers. Everything I do is bespoke and made to order and this app makes life simple for my customers. It took a while to get everything set up and functioning as I need it to, but the support staff have been excellent at helping change the look and layout of options and are always quick to reply. Would highly recommend this for anyone with a business offering custom items!

The app is exactly what we needed and is easy to configure and set up. We had a couple of questions and the support was great. They offered to help set things up for us and solved another small issue we had.

This one is a review that I am very happy to leave. The app is AMAZING. Shopify has ridiculous limitations in place that prevent you from having too many variations. In my case I wanted to add flavor packs where customers could pick a certain number of flavors they wanted to try. I couldn't do it all with Shopify and so this app made it possible with very minimal work or changes to my theme code. The possibilities are endless now!

So far pretty good, the customer service is great, they have fast replies, get the requests done really fast and have helped me a lot already. I do wish the infinite options did have more specific features but so far everything else works great. Thank you Team for helping me out

The support staff was rude and unhelpful to my staff. Very disappointing and also impossible for us to use the app the way it is intended due to the lack of support.
