I've been using the app for a couple years and never had an issue. I changed themes and couldn't get the app to display some fields correctly. I contacted support for assistance and within a few hours, the issue was resolved. I highly recommend Infinite Options for both the functionality and the great customer service!

Love the ease of this app, but at least one or two times per week, we are getting orders coming through where the values selected (or the default values) are not coming through on the order. This has been happening now for 4-6 weeks. Support button in the app is not working either. If that bug is fixed, it would be 5 stars.

Infinite Options is a great app that allows us to have a tremendous amount of variations. Along with a great product, they have a great team that has answered all my questions and helped me when I've had any issues. Fast response and great to work with! Highly Recommend!

Well designed app that's easy to use and understand. Have been excellent for us to gather extra details for our virtual products. Its functions also allow us to easily create bundles and get them added to cart, not requiring another app just for product bundles. Have contacted the support team a few times for assistance and they've always been quick to resolve the issue for us. We use this app on both our Shopify sites and it's been invaluable in aiding our e-commerce functionality.

I have used this app for several years to give my Shopify store additional product options. My theme has limits to the number of options and Infinite options allows me to add additional ones to the products. Easy to setup. Customer support is always there and available for help installing or for general help questions. I highly recommend this app.

I offer a lot of made-to-order customizable products, so needed this app for many specific features. It works beautifully and the support team helped me get it integrated with my theme! I use it for everything - color swatches that don't affect inventory, required text box entry, conditional drop-downs, a beautiful date-picker for scheduling consultations, and even a product bundling feature that I use to keep track of a product with two different inventory-tracked components. Everything is highly customizable with VERY clear tutorials on implementing your own code into their CSS box. Definitely check out their FAQ section and tutorials to see just how many things you can customize. I'm so impressed.

I was having trouble with the conditional logic part and kept trying to figure it out on my own. The instructional videos seemed to be simple enough, but something just wouldn't work.
