Infinite Product Options

Really quick & efficient support. I wanted my custom options to look better and fit my theme/project page better in a matter of hours they fixed it. Super Easy. Worth the additional step-up fee.

We have just started using this app to provide additional shipping options for the customer, and we plan on utilizing the app to provide product add-ons. The customer support team have been very helpful and quick to respond when we needed to move the position of the options menu on the product page.

The App works well, but the technical support was kinda iffy!! I had an issue in the beginning because their documentation was NOT up to date. Some things I looked at where different than the actual software was showing. Tech support never really did understand I guess what I was trying to ask their help for, but Shopify tech support saved their ass!! I got it working just fine with Shopify's tech support, but Infinite Options tech support is questionable. I recommend the product because it does work, but if you need tech support on it, go with Shopify!

Great app. The team were really helpful when I had a couple of issues with it fitting with my theme - they fixed things very quickly! Would recommend.

lousy interface and process to implement - Way too cumbersome to implement if you need multiple pricing per variant . For 4 options and 200 variants with different costs the effort is over 1000 operations - Per Product!

This app is super helpful in letting my shop have much more personalization in items that I offer customers. Any time I have had an issue with coding, customer service has reached out asap and helped me resolve the issue extremely quickly.

I find the app very useful and it is easy to use! I'm so impressed by the support team! Very helpful and committed! Responds quickly and they solved my issues immediately. I really recommend this app!

This app helped me to create a customizable order form but it wasnt without its hardships. Its not as straightforward as I thought it would be and the final output doesnt really look good (at least for longer forms) unless you know what you are doing with CSS. In my case, it has caused me to hire them and pay an extra fee to get it right...And the 24/7 support is a farce! They simply accept emails 24/7 and get back to you whenever...who doesnt?!? Chat just sends them an email, it doesnt even connect you to someone...ugh...At this moment I am sitting here with an urgent issue and have no idea when I will hear from them...IF you arent an expert in programming/CSS/etc., expect headaches and longer than expected wait times for getting help.

Best app. Best service. I've reached out to their support a million times, and each time I get courteous, helpful and thorough assistance. This app is truly flexible and can be used in a million ways. Our store has many different variant combinations, which is difficult to offer bundles via Shopify alone. This app makes it a total breeze.

I have a lot of personalized listings and I need different customer information for many of them. I was able to create 100+ templates for all of my listings. I love the way it looks on my website as well. The only improvement I would suggest is an option where a customer can upload photos. I've been able to work around that issue so it's not a big deal. Overall, I'm very pleased with Infinite Options :)

Great way to add a text box for personalization info. Also works great for offering a gift message and gift wrapping for a fee. Support is incredible and fast if you happen to need it.

It is a fantastic app, with a great performance in the website (loads fast and looks great), and a seamless, easy to use settings panel. They have done a great work in making something complex (setting up options with or without conditional logic) very easy to use.

We have been using this app for a month or so now and it's working great for our personalized products. The only reason for the 4 stars is it loads a little slow on the product page. Other than that, the app truly does work great and it is very easy to implement!

This app was a great help to collect and organize the large amount of data we collect to fulfill orders for our highly customized products. The support from shoppad has always been prompt and professional. Definitely recommend.

Useless, its just a text filler this "infinite" thing, no live preview of color selection, or price selection on product page or anything for that matter. ITS JUST TEXT FILLER BOXES APP. Doesn't solve the lame 100 variant top of shopify, for ridiculous this is, it promises something it can´t deliver.

Please be able to operate in Japanese. Very confusing… Simple words are fine. I really want you to respond quickly.
