I've been using this app for a year now and it has been flawless! I had an issue that turned out to be unrelated to the app, but they were really nice to help me figure it out and my problem was solved. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT (shoutout to Jordin for being our lifesaver multiple times)! They not only helped with installation when we had problems, but also did custom changes when we needed a few workarounds to suit our specific product field needs. There are some limitations that, depending on what you're looking for, might not be in your favor. Overall, a pleasant app that does the job great and a wonderful team behind it!

Amazing app that allows personalization and custom fields. We had trouble with how the options looked in our theme's cart and support was super responsive. Highly recommend.
