I needed some help in installing the app but the customerservice was very quick. The app is easy to handle and you can have a lot options for your product in different ways. The app is exactly what I needed for my shop. And the customer service which I used once more for sth special, worked fast.

What a great support team! So grateful for their fast turnaround on tickets, whenever we need help with an install or a glitch. Would love to see them offer a bit more depth of customization like Advanced Product Options does, so we could consolidate with one app.

The app is solid and provides a lot of useful functions, but it has some limitations that we cannot work around for our business. The biggest example is the necessity to create a new product for every option that adds a cost. We have many artisinal items that are extremely customisable and exporting the data involves exporting a lot of unecessary SKUs that we will alter need to delete when all we need to do is increase the base value of the product variant. Also the conditional logic does not interact very well with the basic variants set up by Shopify. Finally, swatch sizes are small and there are very few options for managing how information is displayed. An accordion option would go an awfully long way to improve the user experience. These criticisms are purely from our perspective and we udnerstand the demands of our product range are severe. Overall it is a good application, but not the right fit for us.

I am updating our website and decided to use Infinite Options instead of another product option app. The developers have really helped me today getting it setup and it is terrific! Very easy to use and clean layouts.

I was not sure how to add the datepicker function with the app, but Matt helped me out by installing the code onto my site for me. All I had to do then was apply the functionality to my selected products. I wish every company I dealt with were as efficient as these guys. Many thanks again.

I use Infinite Options to help capture extra data on certain listings. I had looked at a few other options and found this app to be the best. It is extremely helpful for our custom product listings. Before using Infinite Options, I'd need to contact the customer to get the customization details. That could sometimes add days or weeks to the process. Now I can create multiple required fields (text box, drop down with a fixed list of color choices, and a text area) on the listing. The customer is prompted if the fields aren't filled out when they add the item to the cart. It's really streamlined my custom orders! And the rules for the fields make it so I only need to set them up once, and they are automatically added to new custom listings based on tags! Nice! Set up was very painless - one line of code to add - and they had a guide specific to my theme (Debut) so I was very confident I was doing it right. Highly recommended!

This app was really straightforward to use for someone who doesn't know any code, I just followed the simple instructions on the video. The customer service is amazing, I spoke to Matt and Alan and they both got back to me really quickly and answered the questions I had. Matt did some coding for me to adjust the settings for my options. Really great service!
