Extraordinary customer support. Developer went above and beyond to assist with quick installation. We installed for a very specific need (enabling custom gift messages on individual greeting cards), but have found uses for this app through our product catalog. If you think your products would benefit from non-inventory based options, then I would recommend this app.

Wow! This app did everything I could have imagined and so easily and seamlessly! Support was super fast at answering questions (within 24 hours) and helped install the app. I'm able to add a lot of different upgrades along with space customer's to enter their engraving details. And it looks fantastic as well. So incredibly happy with this app.

If you sell jewelry, this app is a must! Especially for rings, and if you sell variations. I used it to overcome having to make a new variable for every finger size. As long as the price is the same, it will be a huge time saver! I also needed a bit of tweaking on the CSS code, and the service was fantastic. You may see it installed on www.storyandhearts.com.
