super helpful support, even did a free custom code change to my theme within mere hours, I'm impressed! Options load quickly. All in all a very good deal! Only thing missing is a file uploader included in the package.

I used this app to help add options to our products by using their bundle options. Their customer service was excellent! Very professional and efficient in response to any technical difficulties. Easy to use to create options for your products. My swatches were not lining up on mobile device, I sent an email and the problem was solved super fast within a few hours! I've used a few different apps and all can come with little theme 'glitches' so having excellent, super fast and friendly support sets these guys apart from the rest! now I can upload my products! recommend!!

Wanted to tweak the position of the infinite options add ons and the staff were prompt to cater to my requests and went above and beyond, altering the spacing as well so that the overall website was more aesthetically pleasing.

There are a lot of apps out there that do a similar function. But I can guarantee that no other support team will help you setup and make sure your configuration is running as it needs to better than the ShopPad team. They are experts with their product, and they will work hard with you until you are satisfied with how the app is setup. Particularly I want to s/o Annette, Mandy, Noah, and Anh for working with our team. Very grateful for them and I highly recommend their products.

I've just started using the app and I'm thrilled! It's allowing me to offer customers options I've long wanted to offer but didn't know how. I had a few installation questions, and was very pleased with how promptly customer service responded to my questions. Apparently, my Shopify theme makes installation a little tricker, and my rep Abby went above and beyond to help me with the install. So far, I'm very happy with my decision to add Infinite Options to my shop.

I use this app on two of our websites and it works great! We have had great success with using the bundle add-on product feature. The small fee for the expert install is definitely worth it because they will customize the dropdown to fit your website styling. Support is very responsive and helpful!

I usually only take the time to leave a review if I'm exceptionally satisfied. Which I am with the service provided by Infinite Options!! The app was pretty easy to figure out and implement, however I needed some custom help. I paid the $20 and the next day they did exactly what I asked. Couldn't have been easier!!

I can't fault this app or the support team. I set it up myself and have limited skills. It was easy and has changed my business. The support team are incredible and answered me almost immediately. Highly recommend.
