Infinite Options: Product opt

Works well with good options. I could not get it all done without customer service stepping in and adding code themselves. They did that promptly however.

It takes a little getting used to when you want to set up some of the options but it works great and their customer support is fast and efficient.

Brilliant app that allows you to add literally infinite number of options to your listings. However; one point it falls down on for me and where it loses a star rating is that it doesn't allow you to set varying prices or SKUs for all of the different options in an option set. If this feature could be added, it would be absolutely perfect.

Although the app did not have the specific features I required for my shop, it was well built and the customer service was quick and very helpful.

The App works well, but the technical support was kinda iffy!! I had an issue in the beginning because their documentation was NOT up to date. Some things I looked at where different than the actual software was showing. Tech support never really did understand I guess what I was trying to ask their help for, but Shopify tech support saved their ass!! I got it working just fine with Shopify's tech support, but Infinite Options tech support is questionable. I recommend the product because it does work, but if you need tech support on it, go with Shopify!

We have been using this app for a month or so now and it's working great for our personalized products. The only reason for the 4 stars is it loads a little slow on the product page. Other than that, the app truly does work great and it is very easy to implement!

I like that your team is quick to respond and help. However the things that your team solve are not to what I really want. Now there is a new issue: The delivery date, message card and special remark are not showing in the customer order.

This was the only app we found that would put the customization information in the Order, the customer's Order Acknowledgement email, and the Fulfillment Request email to drop-shippers. The set up service was well worth the $20 as well. It would be nice if there was an option to limit options to a single variant of a product, but ShopPad's technical support was good and showed me a decent work-around.

We're really liking this app so far but the setup was a challenge. We had to contact support several times. Luckily, support is excellent and responsive. Another thing, the app's dropdown menus do not change the price on the product page. We have an art store, where we use the app to allow customers to add a frame to the art and when they select a frame style, the price does not change to reflect the accurate price of the frame with the art. The workaround we used was to make the frame Label Product title the add-on price so the additional price is somewhere on the product page. Not ideal but fine for now. If the app could include this feature, I would change to 5 stars. Overall, good value and we'll be keeping the app.

Nice app with great support team . Recommendation : It would be nice to have some basic functions like default values for Checkboxes.

Used another product otions app before - swapped to this one for pricing and ease of use. A little bit long to set up at first but problems were solved really fast from their support team. Overall great experience, do recommend, looks good on product pages.

We were looking for a solution to allow our customers to add customization to their apparel purchases. After having issues with another app that would not work properly, we tried Infinite Options and it worked perfectly for what we needed. The setup was easy, the help and support was fast! The only improvement that I would like to see is the method at which the app charges price upgrades for options. In order to add a price upgrade, you must create an item with the upgrade title (cost, title) and then link that newly created product to the item that you want to add it to. If they had a function to simply add an additional cost instead of having to create a new item I would have rated the app at 5 Stars. Don't avoid the app due to the monthly fee. We have made the low fee back in one add-on sale. It's worth the money if you need to add options to your products.

The support team is incredible and really responsive! I do think the process of implementing 'options' could be more user friendly and lay mans. This app could improve its UX design and better pictorial examples of what everything will look like in the end.

I love the customer support for this app, the agents were very helpful and talked me through testing as well as setting up. That alone is the best reason to choose this app! This app has been very helpful in creating options for products. The reason for my 4 stars is I'd like to see more customization options tot be competitive with other apps.

I installed the app, really easy to understand set up process for the products. Had a small issue with the spacing between some of the fields and my "add to cart" button, Mandy had it sorted in a couple of hours. Awesome service.

This app solved my issue of having variants over 100. It wasn't quite right at first, but the support has been great with helping me get to where I need to be.

I'd give this app 5 stars if it weren't for one hiccup we have...It doesn't connect the option's conditional logic to the product's variants. For example I'd like for my frame colors option to be hidden if the customer chooses unframed art (framed or unframed is a product variant). This obviously confuses some customers. But otherwise this app has given us some functionality we really needed that shopify doesn't normally offer.

Hmm...it mostly does what I need it to do and the staff was kind enough to relocate the options to be down by the quantity box. It would be nice to be able to adjust the look a bit so the options stand out more. {and maybe you can and I just haven’t figured it out}

All the fields have suddenly disappeared. Nothing has been changed and I dont see any information that something happened on their side. Nobody is answering the email. We are already looking for replacement. ________________________________ It took about 3 hours for support to answer. All fixed now. Still lost some money, but thanks for help.
