I use this app for many things: gift wrapping option, bundle products, special notes/tags on special products. Don't let the simple user interface fool you--this is a very sophisticated system. Before using for my bundles, I literally checked every bundle app out there. By far, this is the best one out there. It let's me configure very easily and also allows for discount codes to be applied. Also: the customer support is extremely responsive and helpful. In addition to actual thoughtful explanations to my inquiries (vs. template responses), they troubleshoot by fixing my liquid files directly. I have multiple shopify stores and use dozens of apps for each--this is my favorite.

I have used the app to capture additional fields that I could not otherwise capture through shopify. It has been very helpful as has the customer service. I am still working through integrating some reporting between this captured data and shopify captured data. If I can do that it will be a home run.

I downloaded this app so I could provide a drop down menu for my customers. I’m not the best with technology, so I struggled to get it added to my site. I contacted customer service and ABBY S saved the day! It’s SO NICE communicating with an actually human being vs an automated response. Top notch customer service is a HUGE plus on top of the app doing exactly what I needed it for!

I used this app to help me organize meal options on my website. The conditional logic feature helped organize, and the team made personalized code so it would look more aesthetic on my product page. I only wish I could have more flexibility with choosing how the options showed. But overall, the whole team at infinite options is amazing. They respond quickly, are attentive to your questions and needs, and really do try their best. 5/5 service!

Infinite Options has done it again! Quickly and efficiency is one of their best assets! I need to make our packing slips list all of the infinite options that were selected during check-out. BOOM! Sent an email and they sent me the snippet code with instructions to attach it to Shopify's shipping settings. Got this done all in less than 24 hours. I will continue to use Infinite Options once we launch our new website in 2022! Thank you Daniel and team!
