Great app at allowing multi options. We use it to allow for personalised products, fits in well with the theme. Lost a star as sometimes the information doesn’t pull through and we have to contact the customer, which isn’t the best. Easy enough to install though, and we can do other work around if needed. It will help prioritize Infinite Options as one of the first apps that load on your page. To resolve the issue with not always receiving customer selections, we recommend that you disable any quick buy buttons on products that use Infinite Options, these buttons will bypass the product page and any customization fields so the product is added directly to cart. This app is great, but the customer service is even better! I've had a couple issues and the infinite Option team solved both of them within hours of submitting my issues. I'm more than satisfied with this amazing app.

The app really helped me creating custom options for my products. Once I had special requirements I asked the support and swiftly they implemented the changes and helped me out. A big thank you especially to Mandy ;-)

I use this app to help me with my products when customizing options for purchase (such as monograms, motifs, and thread colors, etc). Each time I have reached out for help or guidance when using Infinite Options - the staff have been quick to respond and gone out of their way to help with providing direction or assistance. Ahn was so helpful in getting some code tweaked for a few of the customizations I need on my website; with clear directions and easy to follow steps. VERY HELPFUL!

This app doesn't work with my theme, the technical code made some changes to the code and now it works perfectly fine! Highly recommended.

I got this app on suggestion from the Shopify Tech Support. This is exactly what I was looking for. I have multiple options with multiple variations and Shopify is limited. The staff at Infinite Options assisted with the install when I had trouble. I ran into a glitch with the option bar not lining up with the other items on my store. The people at Infinite Options quickly replied and made the necessary modifications (plus some extras) that make my store run well. Thank you Infinite Options!

Worked perfectly well and the team helped out a heap when I had trouble installing. On the front end, it looks exactly as we wanted.

Thank you for the app, it works very well, but, we can not modify the spacing between 2 lines of options that we find too close :(

I deeply appreciate such a generous offer from Infinite Options - a brilliant and super easy to install, navigate and manage personalization app that fixed many issues I was bumping into. Gracias. I have enjoyed multiple styles, ability to choose from text, values, checkboxes, drop-down menu and radio buttons. In my free Debut theme checkboxes and radio buttons are not alighened with text, so I had to use drop-down menus mostly. Super grateful though.

I can't say enough good things about this app. I love how I can add options to my products like text boxes, etc. that I can't get with my theme. The customer service is stellar. I received quick replies to my questions, and the team made some awesome custom adjustments for me. The stress just melted away! I highly recommend this app!

I was looking for such an app for a long time. I can't even believe this one is free. I had some trouble with, sent an email and the team was able to fix it before I was able to finish my coffee. Now it works like a charm. One of the best apps and support I've had on Shopify. You can make it work as a gift wrapping option, add-on product and so much more. If you need more custom options for your product, don't waste time looking elsewhere.

I used this app to create custom text boxes for people to customize products and include handwritten notes, which greatly boost average order values. I had a little issue getting it to work with my theme and their support was absolutely amazing, being quick to respond and help me get it up and running exactly how I needed it.

Works perfectly for adding line items to a product. I paid to have them do the install for a mere $20. Thumbs up!
