I have only recently started to understand the wealth of options this app allows you to implement and it is great. Have a great support team (shout out to Anh!) who helped with some tweaks to implementing multiple options on a single product. Would highly recommend.

Long-time user! This is a great app for creating multiple options on products in a straightforward way. Customer service is very fast too. Small note that if you're using Safari the admin sometimes doesn't refresh properly but Chrome is fine or you can just reload the page. Never had any issues displaying or functioning live on website. Works great for my customers!

Although we are still in the trial period of the app, it works great! And customer service has been super helpful in editing the code within the same day to display how we wanted it to!!

I used this app to create multiple variants for my product. The app is easy to use. This app is very well designed, simple to use and very affordable. The customer service support is excellent every time. They reply within a short amount of time and really take the time to explain things in detail, especially a Rep named Abby. Highly recommend this app for customizing products, it's the best one out there!

I have been using Infinite Options for every one of my products and it is very easy to use. If I have a question or an issue, they are quick to reply and respond to remedy the issue. My latest issue was immediately fixed by Mandy, who not only took care of the problem, but noticed the app wasn't loading fast enough, so she took it upon herself to fix it. Wonderful customer service and a great app, if you need more variations to your listings.

We have used this app for some time now and it is so easy and straightforward and does exactly what it says it will do. It integrates with our site well and gives us easy options for our customers to personalise the products we sell. I have contacted customer support on a few ocassions to ask some specific questions and they are always quick to respond. Highly recommended to all. Great peice of kit.

It took us forever to find a forms app with conditional logic, but Infinite Options is perfect. And so happy that they added the datepicker option!

So pleased with this app and customer service. Installation happens so quickly. Emails are answered promptly. Requests for subsequent installs on other themes are handled quickly. As for the app, it meets all of my needs. It is so nice to have something to give many options to my customers. Well worth the money every month!

Anh was incredible. She jumped into what had been a long day of struggle for me. Trying to get a final outcome that without much languages in dev work I didn't know how to achieve. She was patient with me as I explained my needs and quick to implement the solution without pushing me off to another read me sheet or help document. I used this app to create color swatches for my apparel products. It was quick and easy to use but I wish that it had the capability to have the product change colors as the swatch is clicked on. That would be a great addition and avoid using a different app that does both.
