Great app for add multiple options or personalization boxes. I recommend it and the staff is so nice.

A simple and very effective app. We found it easy to install and configure, and most technical queries are covered by the excellent support docs. Whenever we've needed support we've had fast and constructive replies. Works out of the box even if you have an AJAX cart which is not true of all apps of this type. Would recommend.

I used this app to add further service options, such as personalisation options to my web site and it works a treat - had to contact support for help on an issue beyond my brief and have to say I'm impressed with the level of help and support given by Anh, which resolved the issue. Had initially downloaded it and couldn't install the liquid code to my shopify. So I uninstalled it and tried another app (Bold) but that app was confusing to me. So I reached out for assistance and the customer service was awesome. They helped fixed it in a few days. Had a very good overall experience. Superbe! It's straightforward and easy to set the options. There are a few possibilities to customise the look too. I'll definitely recommend this to anyone who offers options in their product offering.

We've been using this app since the beginning of https://www.ChairsThatGive.com/, and it does a great job. It doesn't have all the features as Bold has, but it has been improving. The only thing that used to be missing for me were swatch images of the options/upsells next to the text, and immediate price changes on the product page when people add upsells to their product selection. But they have since added this functionality to the app. The option to make the options a hidden product has also been added, through a work-around. Anytime I had issues with the app (which was only once or twice) and reached out for help I got a reply very fast. The support for my paid theme that costs hunreds of dollars is worse, much worse. Thanks Shoppad! <3

Good app, pretty easy to Navigate. Just waiting for tooltip integration then its fully rounded out.

Five stars first and foremost because of customer service. Wow! I installed the app (which seems to be the most downloaded app on Shopify for product options) and didn't bother to read all the instructions. Ran into some technical problems and had no idea what to do. A quick live-chat with Matt at Infinite Options resulted in him fixing the issue himself within 2 minutes. Now it looks perfect!

This app was helpful in working around the shopify 100 variants limit. The customer support was very helpful with our specific needs and always fast to reply. With a couple more features, this would be the "perfect" app, well worth the cost.

I love the customer support for this app, the agents were very helpful and talked me through testing as well as setting up. That alone is the best reason to choose this app! This app has been very helpful in creating options for products. The reason for my 4 stars is I'd like to see more customization options tot be competitive with other apps.
