Got this to add more option sets to my listings- Awesome customer service. Had an issue with theme compatibility, was able to reach Customer Service immediately and got an easy fix. Recommend!

I am using both the Coin currency conversion and Inifinite options from ShopPad and the customer service is fast and efficient. Matt helped move the location of the currency selector, and at the same time noticed a formatting issue with Infinite Options and fixed that for me. Great apps

Found this an excellent way of adding multiple options to the Debut theme. ShopPad's customer services is excellent, and Alan at ShopPad checked my set up and adjusted to make work better. Highly recommend.

I highly reccomend this app! It offers great options for you to customize your website and the tech support is really good, fast with a great crew of really nice people at your service. In our case we added the option to have certain items in our collection gift wrapped.

Works great for options - literally the only program that allows me to 'bundle' different items for customers. Customer support was great as well - dug into a minor issue I was having after switching themes and helped me figure out it was all my own problem but they fixed it and even improved the look of everything. Highly recommended.

This app did exactly what I needed without any custom coding, PLUS their Customer Service Chat was INCREDIBLY QUICK AND HELPFUL! I just needed 10 options for a sample pack where customers can choose their own. Worked like a charm.

I use this app to allow my my clients to customize the products I offer through my shopify store. IO's customer chat support was amazing. They were able to quickly and easily go in and help me out with a whole bunch of formatting things. Was expecting it to be much more difficult, thanks!

Great app for offering custom inscriptions to our customers, the great thing about Infinite Options is that it shows the customer their choices all the way to checkout. We've combined this with the "Easy Reports" app so we can also download the extra data which helps automate the order making process. UPDATE: Continued support when updating theme is excellent.

I used the app to add special notices on my product pages. Support installed it for me when it was hard to find on my theme. Seems to work well. Generally a great app add on. Price is great !
