Wow! This app did everything I could have imagined and so easily and seamlessly! Support was super fast at answering questions (within 24 hours) and helped install the app. I'm able to add a lot of different upgrades along with space customer's to enter their engraving details. And it looks fantastic as well. So incredibly happy with this app.

If you sell jewelry, this app is a must! Especially for rings, and if you sell variations. I used it to overcome having to make a new variable for every finger size. As long as the price is the same, it will be a huge time saver! I also needed a bit of tweaking on the CSS code, and the service was fantastic. You may see it installed on www.storyandhearts.com. Very easy to use app. So versatile and useful to custom any products in just a few click. BUT the best is the customer service! So reactive and helpful. When others would let you down, they don’t! It is definitely worth a try...

The customer service is so incredible, they solved my issues SOO quickly by giving me some example code to use that was perfectly catered to the issue I was having. I was able to implement it and solve the issue same day! They communicate soooo well, and I was surprised that people of who actually know what they're talking about are available to help! Usually the tech support people are buried behind layers and days of confusion and bureaucracy. Not the case with Infinite Options. Thanks so much Annette!

Fantastic. It's a tiny bit more expensive than the other app i was using, but its perfect. The last app i used didn't always show the custom text field i needed, which meant i lost the sale. So paying the little extra is totally worth it. The app looks great, and the support team is one of the best. My support rep Abby in particular, was incredibly helpful. Certainly reccomend this app.

I used this app to allow me to create options for our custom gift sets among other products. it is truly dynamic and I can now make my customer's experience simple and visual. Any questions I had or insecurities to dive in were allayed by phenomenal customer support via chat. They went above and beyond to make sure I got it set up the way I wanted. Impressed. Can't wait to find all of the incredible options I have at my fingertips with this app.

It has worked well for me for two years and then all of a sudden just decided to stop working today when nothing has been changed; I have checked the code is correctly inserted for the theme and it is. Totally unreliable!!

All the fields have suddenly disappeared. Please support and inform us. Customers don't complete their order without this custom fields. That crash cost me lots of money!

All the fields have suddenly disappeared. Nothing has been changed and I dont see any information that something happened on their side. Nobody is answering the email. We are already looking for replacement. ________________________________ It took about 3 hours for support to answer. All fixed now. Still lost some money, but thanks for help.
