We have been using this app for a while now, and it is an invaluable tool for our personalised gift shop! With Infinite Options, customers are able to easily leave details of the personalised text they would like and they can even leave additional notes. I had a query about re-formatting the style of the options to fit my product page, and Mandy contacted me straight away to help, and even fixed some other issues I hadn't even mentioned for me! The service is amazing - very helpful and friendly! Thank you to Mandy and the team - love this app, highly recommended!

I'm so pleased with Infinite Options and their development team, and if you have a need for your Shopify store to display product options in any of a number of different ways, I don't believe you can do better than to install this app. I needed to display options for add-ons to each product in my store, doing so using radio buttons instead of drop-down menus, which by design hide these options from view by default. The result after implementing Infinite Options (and particularly after their very quick work in tweaking the appearance by working with my liquid script from my template) is something that I think will result in more income over time due to increased visibility of those options. Thanks very much to the team for solving an issue that Shopify isn't set up to solve on its own (oddly, I think).

We use this app to add length options to our pants and skirts. It looks much cleaner than using the variant options in Shopify. Matt was great in assisting us to get to the appearance we were looking for! Totally recommend this app.

This app was a lifesaver. I was able to add more than one add-on product to my products. Each add-on had their own options. It shows up beautifully on the cart page with options to change quantities for all options. The customer support is FANTASTIC: fast response and competent support. I needed a few things tweaked so the add-ons looked the way I wanted, and it was done by the next day.

I think its the customer service that really makes this a great app. I didn't like the layout of the drop down boxes. Emailed the support staff, Mandy responded with some code. I asked for an additional tweak on the code and she emailed me same day with the update. So far so good with the app & the price is right @ $5 per month.
