I installed this app and it worked great. I couldn't quite get it to layout properly and the support team did and awesome job of making it look good and load faster.

Simple to use, does exactly what it says on the tin. Great support from Matt as well. We used it on our gift voucher product page for users to add their message. Works great

I have tried a number of Product Options apps, including some expensive paid ones. They have all had one problem or another. This app is by far the best. And live support even outside of business hours from a free app is amazing! You guys are awesome!

Definitely recommend the app and their support! I have only made one custom set with this app, but I definitely plan on slowly adding more with it. The app didn't work exactly as I wanted with my shop theme, but app support was able to provide a fix in a short turnaround time. Support was incredibly helpful and responded quickly especially considering my emails were sent during daytime in Australia.

I had custom signed bookplates that I needed some additional options for so I could get the information I needed to write a better custom message. This app is perfect. I requested the expert install to make everything look clean with my theme and they were super fast and friendly. Great so far!

This app does exactly what I need. I wanted to offer different variant options that were more robust than the basic Shopify variants. I also like that I can tag specific products and assign variant options to them. Easy to use and set up.

This app works very well, allows us to create product combinations very easily and allow to increase the average order value (AOV). It would be great that when adding the selected products to the cart, consider if there is already a product with that ID increase the quantity instead of adding another different entry. I highly recommend it!

I've had this app for almost a year on mybrandandme.com.au and it works really well. My customers always comment about how easy it is to order and my conversion rate is over 5%, and as 80% of my orders are by mobile, it makes this app is even more impressive given upload themes etc. The service team are awesome too. Just today Mandy and Alan smashed out solutions for me as I looked to change Shopify themes and didn't want to lose my links / set up. They even noticed a few extra things that wouldn't work with Infinite Options and fixed those for me too! 5 stars (including Mandy and Alan)

they were very helpful in getting Infinite Apps to work on my site again. they actually referred to my own store, which was even more helpful than all of the images and video content they have to illustrate how to implement their app on my website.
