Very easy to install and use, tons of options. Customer support great for optimization and formatting edits. Super impressed with ShopPad in general!

I used this app to include customization options on my website. Now Infinite Options let customers include some customized message to their orders. Good app and great support!

We use this app to add length options to our pants and skirts. It looks much cleaner than using the variant options in Shopify. Matt was great in assisting us to get to the appearance we were looking for! Totally recommend this app.

I think its the customer service that really makes this a great app. I didn't like the layout of the drop down boxes. Emailed the support staff, Mandy responded with some code. I asked for an additional tweak on the code and she emailed me same day with the update. So far so good with the app & the price is right @ $5 per month.

the support is outstanding and the app is rich of features and pretty much the only viable solution in this category.

I'm so impressed with how one specific support rep (Matt) helped me through this process - even creating a "test" version, so that I'm able to recreate / duplicate the same format for all new conditional product bundles. Very impressed with the level of interest ShopPad customer support has for the end user! They went the extra mile to check with another app team if this would be compatible on my store even before I signed on! Installing the app was simple, but then I had some issues with the checkboxes not displaying in my theme. I reached out rather than just cutting the app. They had it all fixed within 30 minutes! That includes the email communication back and forth as well. Outstanding above average customer service! If you find yourself getting frustrated, just reach out. All fixed. One improvement on the app for the future would be the option for your customer to upload files for customization design. Thank you ShopPad! Upward and onward!

This is a great app for extremely reasonable price. We are using this app to allow our customers to customize their products on our eCommerce channel (powered by Shopify), and its working really well for us. Excellent Customer Service.

The customer service is great! I had an issue of it not matching my theme but Matt was able to fix that quickly for me!

Very happy with this app! We had an issue where two variants were taking from the same inventory SKU, so we used this to allow the customer to purchase an "add-on" to the product, rather than having the need for a 2nd variant. This was a great solution to our problem. Also, the support received by Mandy, Ahn and Alan was great. They set up the app for a very reasonable fee ($20) to suit our theme, and also made a few additional changes as requested.
