This app cleanly and simply solved a problem we had when setting up our site. Because we don't grind all of our coffee to order, we were unable to use Shopify's default "product variants" feature to set up our various ground coffee options. Infinite Options was easy to set up and integrated cleanly with our chosen theme. And to go even further...they were kind enough to help us customize the default packing list code so that our customers' chosen style of ground coffee (or selection of whole bean) shows up on the printed packing slip, making it easier for our order fulfillers to ensure they pack up the right coffee...every single time!

Update: I have been using this app for over a year and chose to upgrade to the paid version with the conditional logic to help avoid confusion with options on my items and hiding text input fields unless personalization was chosen. I couldn't be happier. It keeps getting better and the support is amazing with a styling issue I was having (possibly related to my theme) that was the only reason I was a tiny bit dissatisfied at any time with this app. Matt with Support was able to help me fix the problem and make the options appear just how I'd like them to look. Overall, this is my FAVORITE and by far the most useful app for my Shop! I really like the flexibility that this app provides with some of my more frequently used variants. It allows me to change them in one location rather than on each item individually.

I used this app to add a personalisation option to one of my products - the online tutorials were very helpful! I had a bit of trouble at the beginning and when I got in touch some replied straight away and was really helpful and efficient! Would definitely recommenced!

This app makes it so much easier to sell made to order items - plus it displays great on my store. If there was a way to add pricing to the options I would completely remove all my Shopify variations because this is so much simpler to manage.

LIFESAVER!! Infinite Options saved the day for our online store with shopify. In our business, we have many options for the sizes of our products and the shopify variant feature just would not let us offer them to our customers. With Infinite Options we were finally able to offer our customers the many sizes we have, effectively making our store usable again. We are also using it to collect other information we really need that we were using the shopping cart notes feature previously to collect. This is much better and even allows us to prevent orders from going through without giving us all the information we need. I can't thank you guys enough for saving our store. We also greatly appreciated the wonderful communication and speed with their customer service who made sure we were up and running swiftly. IT REALLY WORKS

It works great! It's the best for having a "kit" where theres multiple choices. I use the checkbox option. NICE!
