Really happy with the support. Solution to our issue was given promptly and effectively. The product is great as well, currently we are only using a text box but it fits in seamlessly with our theme.

The app is awesome. Saves us a lot of time contacting customers asking how they want to personalize their gifts, and they are loving it because they aren't confused anymore. I got the "expert install service" and Logan was super helpful, quick to respond and is still providing amazing support on some questions I have. Definitely get this app!

Really great app, very useful for adding many variations, and even better easier than using the native Shopify variants. There's hidden documentation that walks you through building a great date picker as well, which was super duper. Support is really fast and easy to chat with right from inside the app UI, thumbs way up for the user experience. My only reason for 4/5 instead of 5/5 is that they were missing a feature I was hoping would easily be implemented into the date picker (a time picker as well).

Not only this App provides exactly what I was expecting but also ShopPad developers answer very quickly and nicely to your questions ! No more restriction of number of variant ! Highly recommended.

Great app, I had customers using it from the first few hours after install. Excellent support team - I can't believe the level of support they give for a free app. Definitely recommend, can't fault it :)

Works great. Combined with Easy Reports I'm able to collect and report the information that I need. See I run a Summer Camp. Most people do not need to list the names of everyone who bought a particular item. Infinite Options makes it possible for me to collect information like name and age for each camper. Customer service is great also

I could not run my shop without Infinite Options and I can't say enough good things about the customer support. I had one little hiccup and I gave shop access to Alan in customer support. He fixed my problem in just a few minutes. So easy!

This app allowed me to provide my customers with a drop down menu as they reviewed my product selections. The variants I had set up through Shopify didn't allow for this enhancement, but Infinite Options by ShopPad was able to provide me with the appropriate support and direction to make this happen! Not being tech savvy at all, Logan, the tech support guru, helped me immensely, and I couldn't have completed this task without him! Thanks ShopPad and Logan!!!!
