Without a doubt I would recommend this app. It is easy to set up and if you have any problems, you are able to chat with a rep to help you out. I had the pleasure of getting help from Mandy and she went above and beyond! She helped me with problems i did not even know I had! Great app and great customer service.

Paid the fee for professional installation. These folks were in constant communication every step of the way, got the install done the very next day, and were very helpful when we requested a couple further tweaks. I would recommend this app without hesitation. There are some negative reviews about the install cost, but If $20 to have a programmer come in and customize this otherwise free app to your site is too high a price then you may not be ready to run a business. You'll pay 10x that just to get a freelancer to pick up the phone. Update 5/30/19: Purchased the conditional login upgrade the minute it came out. This update is fantastic and free of game-breaking glitches that the competition suffers from. I would recommend this upgrade in a heartbeat!

Alan helped me fix my drop down menus that I spent hours trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. It turns out my theme wasn't allowing it for some reason. He made it look amazing! Thank you Alan!

This app is incredible and easy to use and into of that the staff and support behind the app really go the extra mile to help you out. Cannot recommend enough if you need this kind of add on for your store look no further.

Alan, Mandy and Annette were great in helping me set up a product bundle for a new bedding collection. I love the way the customers can selection a complete bedding ensemble on a single product page. I LOVE this app! I have quite a few different customization options for my jewelry, and wanted to do options that my theme didn't offer. Infinite Options fit the bill! One thing that was really important to me was setting the character count for a custom input field. Thank you, Infinite Options!

Wow! I paid $20 for the install and I received the setup email within minutes. Ridiculously easy to set up my options and it's perfect - exactly what I needed and looks fantastic within my theme. Highly recommend!

We have been using this app to add gift wrap options on our product pages. We did not have any problems with the installation and it has been working a treat for a couple of months. Today I noticed a small glitch, so I reached out via the Infinite Options chat service (available within the app). I received an immediate response (despite it being peak Christmas period). The issue was fixed within 5 minutes. Could not be happier with the service or the app.

Love it, Love it, Love it. Yes, I love the app but more importantly, I Love the customer service. I was excited to use the Infinite Options app but ran into a problem trying to install it on the theme I had. I called customer service, they installed it for me, and it works perfectly. Love it.

I am not a coder by any means, but you wouldn't know it with the assistance that is built into the app. I will go even further to say, when I did have a slight hiccup, I contacted customer service via email and honestly did not expect to hear back for at least a couple of hours. Not only did I hear back before a couple of hours, it was literally 11 minutes when I received the email from Mandy. She came back with an offer to fix my problem right away, all she needed was a simple invite into my store and it would be corrected. Ten minutes later, BOOM, problem solved and I was moving along my day as if I nevr had an issue. I actually took a slight detour to write this review! That's the customer service we all want, but hardly ever get, in this "now" society. ShopPad not only has the products, but the support and customer service to back them up! Thanks again Mandy!

Really easy to use. No Problems thus far. Installed with little to no hassle. Like the options. Could possibly do with a more user friendly layout but not a designer so no specific advice
