UPDATE When the app works, it is brilliant. However, the licensing system sucks! I lose my license every week and then no customers can customise. While support is very responseive they have not managed to fix the repeated licensing issue and it is losing me a lot of sales. I have looked at a number of customisation apps for shopify but have found Customify to be the most flexible for me and for what i want to achieve. I have a lot of wood products which can be laser engraved, I wanted the ability to charge depending on the complexity of customer customisations as well as on multiple sides of the products. The support have been amazing in helping and providing some extra enhancements. The only thing I would like is a more complete help guide in understanding what all the functions and options actually do - as I don't use them all, and don't know what some of them do.

Customify is a very useful app for any online store that is looking to customize merchandise for it's customers. The app is affordable and works as intended. However, the biggest reason the app gets five stars is the incredible support if you need any help. Hasan has helped me several times and has been incredibly quick, responsive, and professional.

Absolutely horrible experience. I have so many issues with this app I don't even know where to begin. First of all, you can't see the product on the order pages, you need to enter the app which takes a really long time to load. Second and most importantly, the file size that someone can upload was suddenly changed to 8MBs, which is really small. There is nowhere you can change this, so I messaged support. To my surprise 2 days later they replied saying they had it covered. So after some back and forths this guy starting saying that if I wanted a bigger limit(without specifying what the limit would be) I need to upgrade my plan to Enterprise (100 usd per month),their most expensive plan, and that was the only way. Then he started saying that he would talk to his manager about me etc etc. DO NOT INSTALL.

A very good app except for one thing, the customisation is charged as a separate product rather than incorporated into the full price of the product, this makes a mess of my integration that processes my orders. Other than that it works very well.

We've been happy with the support we received and with the overall functionality of the program. Though the interface is a little clunky to setup and required us to do a bunch of testing to ensure the output we wanted, we've had good support and assistance when we got stuck and the app has met our initial needs. Pros: **Great for starting out as it allows for a fair bit of customization of what the customer can do without having to 'script' a solution. There are a few other apps out offering a more visually appealing (modern) interface and nicer features, but they tend to be pricier or have almost too many bells and whistles, requiring a steep learning curve. **Hi Res output has generally been perfect for our needs **Provides the Individual image files, allowing recreation of the art in things like Adobe if needed (though see cons). Cons: **The customer facing interface could use some enhancements to make it look and feel more modern. The interface tends to slow down if there are too many layers added. **Output options are limited. **PDF format is just a flat image. (Much more helpful would be a pdf with components separated to layers so they can be more quickly adjusted in programs like in Design or Photoshop. ) **Allows alignment to artboard, but not to individual items, so for cases with multiple objects that need alignment to one another, it is tedious and difficult for the customer to do. **Customer 'save' size is limited to 4mb and that frequently prevents customers from saving their designs if they've included their own images.

Please don't purchase a year subscription. In October 2023, I tried this program on one item but never had a chance to use it again, which this vendor has the ability to track your usage of the program and will send you an email confirming they noticed you added an item. In January 2024, I made a choice to cancel, since I have not used the program since October 2023. I removed the program from my website and informed the vendor to please cancel and refund the remaining balance. I received an email about giving me six months free. How are you offering me six months free if I paid an year in advance and requesting a refund for the unused months (Feb.to Sept.). As of now, the vendor has not response. So, please pay this vendor month to month because they will ignore you for your request for your remaining year balance.

There seems to be no customer support whatsoever. I have wrote to them and never got anything back. Seemed to be a good software if they could have assistance to fix the little issues that occur.

App works as intended but complicated in an unnecessary way, and I contacted support email 5 days ago with a needed help for a bug but no response whatsoever.

Once the installation is complete, the setup process is extremely difficult. Customer support is difficult with agents who do not speak English well. Chat is provided through FB messenger and is difficult. Communications are poor from the company, causing delays and misunderstandings that could be avoided if the developer had a better grasp of communication. A basic question of business hours available caused delays and confusion because they did not know how to note the times in my country (USA). Instructional videos lack detailed instructions and are not for the same version as the most recent one. Many promises made, but the instructions were too poor to be useful. I have spent HOURS trying to make this work and use the instructions as provided, but have abandoned it as an unusable app. Frozen screens, long delays in resetting options make this a non-starter for anyone needing a working, productive app.
