This is awful ... We can't validate accounts like we used to do. The view is not as clear as before. Please do an update ASAP

Customer Fields enables us to quickly show required conditional inputs on forms depending on how our customers were referred. I caused some issues in hiding conditional fields, but the Helium team quickly directed me in the correct direction in under 20 minutes.
Amazing! We're so glad that our Customer Support team was able to quickly figure out those hidden fields 🫣 Who hasn't accidentally hidden a conditional field on a registration form? I know I have. No one is here to help. the supporting time 8am-4pm is bull shit. I paid, but lots of my customers got stuck when they submitted a form, no matter using mobile nor desktop. What a joke this app

The app helped us to add birthdays to our customer accounts and register page. Specifically Jakin was one of the best customer support reps I have ever dealt with! He was thorough with his explanation and guidance. He even took the time to take screen recordings and screenshots, walking me through anything that I had issue with. Top tier help here for sure! Would highly recommend
