Really good customer service, fairly full-featured and pretty easy to use customer form/registration app. There is a decently-documented API for hooking into form events. I would like to be able to add html to form labels, and also have built-in integration with Google Analytics.

We use this app to collect and approve signup form inquiries for our wholesale only store. It was easy to setup, works as you would expect, and the team was very responsive when I had questions and needed a little setup help.

Customer Fields enables us to quickly show required conditional inputs on forms depending on how our customers were referred. I caused some issues in hiding conditional fields, but the Helium team quickly directed me in the correct direction in under 20 minutes.

No one is here to help. the supporting time 8am-4pm is bull shit. I paid, but lots of my customers got stuck when they submitted a form, no matter using mobile nor desktop. What a joke this app
