Sherry was tremendously helpful in helping me understand the platform. she spent a little over an hour answering my questions to the fullest extent. screenshots were provided with every answer to help understand. was quite a great customer experience. fast response time.

Last night I received my first real order, but ran into an issue when one of my upsell items wasn’t mapped correctly. After struggling to get answers from the supplier and AliExpress, I finally connected with Kimi at DSers. She was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly solved the problem so my order could be processed. Thank you, Agent Kimi, for saving my very first dropshipping order!

I was having trouble syncing my account and mapping a product. I contacted support and Janet was able to guide me and fix all my issues. I am very grateful for the 24/7 support and for professionals like Janet. We had to do it quickly because my supplier was waiting on the orders so he could process them before the factory closed for the weekend. Janet solved all my problems and the orders were received by the supplier and were SHIPPED BEFORE the weekend.
