I was having trouble syncing my account and mapping a product. I contacted support and Janet was able to guide me and fix all my issues. I am very grateful for the 24/7 support and for professionals like Janet. We had to do it quickly because my supplier was waiting on the orders so he could process them before the factory closed for the weekend. Janet solved all my problems and the orders were received by the supplier and were SHIPPED BEFORE the weekend.

As a new seller facing my very first order issue, I was understandably stressed and disappointed. Teresa immediately stepped in with patience, kindness, and professionalism. She carefully explained the limitations of AliExpress shipping filters, walked me through alternative ways to search for U.S.-based suppliers, and even took the extra initiative to search for replacement suppliers on my behalf. What stood out most was her genuine care and encouragement. Instead of rushing me to a refund, she reassured me, asked me to hold on while she explored every possible option, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process.
