Had a major issue with order cancellations that I couldn't solve on my own. The support team was patient, professional, and found the solution quickly by helping me switch to a better-linked account. Everything is working perfectly now, and my orders are finally going through. Highly recommend DSers not just for the app, but for the amazing support team!

I had an issue after accidentally deleting my Shopify account, and all my DSers product mappings with AliExpress were disconnected. Tina was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. She quickly understood my problem, explained everything clearly, and helped escalate the restoration request to the technical team. Her support saved me from having to reconnect hundreds of products manually. Excellent customer service, very kind communication, and fast assistance. Shayla went above and beyond in addressing the issue with linking the right aliexpress account with Dsers. She has successfully updated the right email into our Ali express, in order to properly sync orders. In addition, her thoughtful gesture and sense of humour, is well appreciated!
