Alice was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I was confused with product mapping and she guided me step by step until everything was fully set up correctly. Her instructions were clear, fast, and easy to follow, and she made sure I understood exactly what to do without overcomplicating things. Honestly one of the best support experiences I’ve had. very professional and efficient. Highly recommend

The app requires some study to fully understand all its functions and isn't always very clear about errors/glitches, but it makes up for it with its support, which is fast and helpful.

Elora was amazing! she answered question in detail, helped me with supplier issues and even found me a new supplier in 2 minutes! Definetly would recommend dsers to anyone starting dropshipping.

Ashley took the time to fully understand my issue and guided me step-by-step with clear, practical solutions that actually worked. What stood out the most was her professionalism and warm, friendly attitude—it didn’t feel rushed or scripted at all. She made sure all my questions were answered before ending the chat, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.
