DSers has been very helpful as I am getting set up - Kimi is the best! So far the tool has been easy to learn and the customer service is excellent.

I had a really positive experience with the DSers customer service team today, especially thanks to Cyril. She pointed out on had DSers open order word, and Cyril was very knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire conversation.

Excellent service, cant fault them. I have contacted them on multiple occassions, very responsive and friendly staff, who actually want to help you rather than fobbing you off. RECOMMEND!!!!

I have wrote Dsers, after passing few days running with a disponibilty of stock problem. I have fall in the hands of Sandy, who was so nice, comprhensive and helpfull person. He/she took the time, sent me screen shots to guide me, and after analizing he found the problem, and solve it. I am really very thankfull to him and to Dsers.
