Fin dal primo messaggio ho ricevuto risposte chiare, precise e soprattutto utili per risolvere il mio problema. L’operatore ha dimostrato grande competenza sulla piattaforma, guidandomi passo dopo passo con pazienza e disponibilità. Anche davanti a una situazione un po’ complessa, è riuscito a trovare la soluzione in tempi brevi, spiegando tutto in modo semplice e comprensibile. Quello che mi ha colpito di più è stata l’attenzione verso il cliente: non solo ha risolto il problema, ma si è anche assicurato che tutto funzionasse perfettamente prima di chiudere la chat. Great support and very fast response. I had an issue removing an inactive Shopify store that kept redirecting me to the Shopify plan activation page. The DSERS support team removed it manually from my account within minutes. Professional service and very helpful team. Highly recommended for anyone running a Shopify dropshipping store.
