Love this platform. Easy to use and customer service is top notch. For instance, I just finished chatting with Aimee who helped me with an issue I was having today. She solved the problem and gave me a simple solution and explained it so I could understand. Thanks Aimee and the dsers team for all your hard work

I needed help with how to price my products before I push them to my store. I had walked away from my computer for about two hours and when I came back the page I was on was no longer there, the pricing page. I tried to figure it out and I used the 24/7 chat. However I am on a new computer and it doesn't have my saved passwords, its 11:45 at night, I am tired and frustrated because I just want to find the price page. RIta customer support came to the rescue. She answered all my questions and sent links, she sent pictures with a diagram and also there was red pen so I could see it. Very friendly and made me so calm. We need more Rita's and less Chatgpts, mine is way to upbeat! Rita solved all my issues and said they are there 24/7. I feel reassured that tomorrow will be an amazing day for me to work. thanks Rita for all your help. OUTSTANDING

Since I started in e-commerce five years ago, I discovered dsers and how they make my life easier in this process of importing products and configuring products. Without a doubt, it is the best application you can have among so many other apps that exist on Shopify. Extremely attentive support, concerned with solving your problem as quickly as possible. I am new to dropshipping and Holly was there to save the day. I didn't know/wasn't sure how to fulfill orders and what I needed to do on my end.
