Zico was amazing! Quick replies and was very detailed in his explanations. He sent screenshots for EVERYTHING! This was so helpful as i'm a visual learner. I'm just starting to get orders but the set up has been great and certainly better than AUTODS.

The app is easy to navigate, easy to read but packed with useful information. Customer Service through the Live Chat is Amazing. Representative was with me in less than a minute. I hope you get to interact with Vivan. I'm sure all the representative are great but she is quick, resolved the problem in less 5 mins, complete with picture so that you know where to click or enter info, friendly and professional. the app is free to use better then other fake overprices fulfillment apps like AutoDS or Zendrop or any other apps. they dont charge any fee and customer service is very quick and helpfull. Rita from DSers team helped with sync issue of orders , she is gem and very helpfull. i recommend this to all even if u r starting or at advanced level dsers is must have app for dropshipping business.

4 stars for quite fast replies to my emails, but still loved the customer support being kind and very helpful. Would be better if there was a direct access to customer service from the app rather then have write an email.

The support I received was excellent and fast. I don't have time to wait around while money is slipping through my fingers. Dsers was able to handle 2 inquiries very fast. Vivian from support handled it all via Messenger. We sent screenshots back and forth until the issues were resolved. She is excellent!
