I was really impressed by the customer service. I had a question regarding the fulfilment process, Blanca was great at solving my issue on the live chat and was very quick to answer. So if you have any questions when using DSers, don't hesitate to use the live chat instead of wasting time browsing Reddit and Google.

J'ai rencontré un problème lors de ma première utilisation de l'appli Dsers pour ma boutique shopify. Mais grâce à l'aide de Blanca via le chat live, mon problème à été résolu en même pas 5 minutes alors que j'ai chercher facilement 1 heure. Merci à elle pour son aide

Luna went above and beyond for me today in helping me with rolling back orders, getting me setup with a supplier and is dedicated to finding a supplier for a product that's impossible to find. Dsers has a smooth interface, easy to navigate. The fact that I can just order the products and know that things are being handled is a relief. I appreciate Luna for helping me out today and I'm more positive now about the future of my dropshipping journey.

I had a problem involving Shopify that I could not find a solution for. I contacted Dsers support and was assisted by Villanelle who helped me for more than 5 hours to find a solution. I have certainly never received that kind of attention to the problem before, as I have received this time from Dsers support. I am delighted with the app and the service.

Wow! Vivian was great. She helped me with the DSERS/Aliexpress app. She was so patient and helpful. I had problems with my account signin, ordering, with payment. She helped me resolve everything. Je suis véritablement satisfait de la réactivité du support clients Dsers, je m'explique : J'ai pris contact avec Rin sur Messenger pour un paramétrage que je ne pouvais pas réaliser par moi-même (je vous passe les détails). Rin a effectué ce paramétrage après notre échange et la confirmation de ma part par mail au support. Résultat, en moins de 10 minutes mon soucis était traité et je peux désormais continuer à avancer. Excellent support clients, excellente expérience même si on préférerait ne pas avoir à solliciter le service et pouvoir se débrouiller par nos propres moyens, quand il n'y a pas le choix, ça ne rigole pas ici =)
