Excellent. I had issues with setting up not bcos of the app but bcos I'm very new to dropshipping. The advisor was very professional and very helpful There was not a question she struggles with and her directions and guidance were complete and highly informative. I'm grateful.

When I was having technical issues with my store, I turned to their customer service live chat feature. Not only did they quickly resolve a very frustrating issue, but the chat support was very helpful and professional. Chrissy helped me with my problem and gave me many solutions for it. She was very respectful and nice, I recommend the DSers customer support, if you have any problems.
