Rfimp helped me to sync my order with shopify .It was very helpfull! Also he tought me how to chnage supliers when I need to change supliers. He sent me the blog with videos for me to learn how to change the suppliers.

Jesse was very helpful and provided me with the insight that I needed regarding my questions. Usually, when I have a question or need help, random people will offer help in exchange for money. However, they were able to provide me with the answers I needed and they were very patient with me. They even sent me a video to further explain to me what to do. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received today.

Honestly, Dsers always seemed a bit overwhelming however I contacted support and was connected with Maria. SHe was fantastic she answered all of my questions, as I needed to connect my Tiktok Shop US and import products correctly (tiktok is very picky) she helped me through each step and was very patient and informative. She is the reason I decided to stick with Dsers instead of any other app and I tried many other prior to this.
