I had a bit of a problem this morning with the DSERS/Aliexpress app on Shopify. When I opened it, the screen looked different than usual, and I couldn't get past the Sign-in and Authorize Permissions page it kept refreshing every time I tried to enter my email and password. The options were greyed out, and I was stuck! Thankfully, Chrissy from live support was a lifesaver. She asked me to send over a screenshot (and I even threw in a screen recording for good measure). Chrissy quickly figured out what was happening and provided me with a solution to access the site. Problem solved! Thanks so much, Chrissy, for your prompt and friendly help!

I had problem with out-of-stock on my store. I contacted Dser to ask support and a staff named "Vivian" promptly gave me useful instructions with clear screenshots and videos. I managed to solve the problem quickly. I'm happy with customer service from DSer and thanks again Vivian.

Great features, easy to use. And most of all, really great service! I used to work with other platforms but decided to move to DSers, since the others have terrible customer service. And it was an amazing decision. Everything has been going great so far with DSers. I definitely recommend this for everyone.
