I actually don't have DSers connected to my Shopify store. I just use it to place bulk orders for ordering manufacturing parts in bulk. The support is awesome sauce! A girl named Selena helped me today get setup super fast in no time. On the fly, she gave me really helpful screen shots to guide me during the setup process.

I was really impressed with the Customer service Representative Jesse. They knew exactly what I was trying to explain and was able to help me with my issue. Jesse talked me through it asked direct questions that simplified the entire process. Really PROFESIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! It changed my opinion of the online support.
